Princeville's Sh'Zen is a luxurious three bedroom, three bath home on a very private third of an acre of lush tropical gardens and fountains. Spectacular endless ocean views over the seventh tee and sixth green of the world famous and newly remodeled Makai Golf Course and only steps away from Queen's Bath. Sh'Zen is a symphony of nature and you will have a box seat for it all; ocean sunsets, sunrise on the mountains,waterfalls,rainbows, whales and albatross in the winter and streaming giant waves thundering into Punahele Bay. You can expect gentle trades and nightime showers and sunfilled days.
Amenities include a 40 foot lap pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and silky Doug fir floors. The home has three levels. The master suite faces Mount Makena and Lumahai Bay and has a gigantic covered deck. The garden room suite looks over the pool and garden and has a covered lanai. The lower deck is the Captain's Cabin with futon and full bathroom, is air conditioned and has a lovely ocean, valley view as well as a large screen TV, home theater sound and DVD. There is a cable moden and wireless router for internet access via roadrunner.
Special attention has been given to night lighting for an ultra-tropical mood.
The home is steps away from the trail to Queen's Bath, half a mile to the five star Princeville Hotel and two miles to the Princeville Shopping Center which has a large supermarket. All the sights of the fabulous North Shore of Kauai are minutes away including Anini, dreamy Hanalei, Lumahai, Tunnels and Ke'e Beaches.

A Glimpse of Paradise!

Upon entering the property, Sh'Zen, we couldn't believe how beautiful the grounds were with different gardens and statuary lining the covered pathway alongside the lap pool--so peaceful and private. Then, upon entering the beautiful home, the views from all of the windows really took our breath away! Bali Hai was just beyond the golf course and the beautiful blue Pacific ocean was just beyond to the right. The amenities in Sh'Zen were very comfortable and we enjoyed a few evenings of cooking at home instead of restaurant food. Many things to do and see on the Island and we would recommend staying at Sh'Zen without hesitation. All-in-all, a beautiful spot to feel refreshed and relaxed and we can't wait to return. This could be a romantic getaway for two or perfect for two couples to enjoy.

We stayed for a little over two weeks last October and they were two weeks of pure bliss. We are returning this October for 3 more weeks. This enchanting home is peaceful and serene. Nature surrounds you via birds and lush gardens full of foliage and floral displays. The ocean and Bali Hai haunt you with their beauty. We decided to cancel several cruises and simply holiday here for as long as this property is listed. Owner is attentive to emails and welcomes his guests with personal call to ensure you have what you need. You will not regret staying in this home. We wish we could live here!

My wife and I have stayed twice at this wonderful property. The views are magnificent, grounds private with a beautiful pool, and owners are wonderful to work with. We are looking forward to our next stay.
