Our unit has three (3) queen-size beds, two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Perfect for couples and/or families. Decorated with old skis, snowshoes, ice skates, etc… the unit displays the enjoyments of Breckenridge in a time not forgotten.
The condo has two sleeping areas (see layout photo for condo foot print), two full baths, and is located at the "Village At Breckenridge" base of Peak 9. This ski-in/ski-out Condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge. The location has excellent access to the Quick Silver Ski Lift as well as Breckenridge's famous Main Street filled with Shops and Restaurants.
The living area has a 42" HDTV 1080P and a 32" with DVD/VCR/CD player in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils, and dishes. It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave for your convenience. There is also a coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. There is also a humidifier and a fan. All linens, paper towel, etc… are furnished. There are also coin-operated laundry machines on the floor of this unit. The Village at Breckenridge provides high speed wireless to this unit.
The gas fireplace keeps the unit warm and a jetted tub in bath allows you to relax. All linens are furnished. High speed wireless in the unit.
The Village at Breckenridge Health Club (located in the Peak 9 Inn Building) has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, four outdoor hot tubs (newly remodeled in Nov 2009), dry sauna, steam room (highly recommended in Colorado’s dry climate), workout room, and shower/locker rooms. The Health Club provides towels for your use while you are using the area. There is also an arcade with video games and a pool table. The Village at Breckenridge has a heated garage which is available.
Ice skating/paddle boats on Maggie Pond are also just steps away. Across the street from the Village at Breckenridge is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

This condo is in decent condition and Scott was very nice in giving us a late check out however this is NOT a 2 bedroom condo as stated in the description. This is a ONE bedroom condo with a queen bed in the living room.Owner response: It is unfortunate that when I inquired about your stay, (when you were in Breckenridge) you said everything was fine. After all, I own several units and would have moved you if that's what you wanted. As with all my units, there is a layout photo which depicts the layout (floor plan). I am happy to grant you a late checkout. You requested a 2 p.m. checkout and I granted a 3 p.m. checkout.

Our family of 5 stayed in Scott's place the week up to (and including) Christmas, 2012. What a fantastic experience! Scott is unbelievably helpful, cordial and thoughtful. My entire experience with him was extremely positive. The location of the condo couldn't be better. We walked everywhere - to the ski shops, ticket windows, dinner, downtown. The Maggie is right out front and the lift is just on the other side. We put our kids in the ski school at The Maggie. The Quicksilver lift is a 6-person chair lift - perfect for our family of 5 to stay and spend time together. Also the Quicksilver lift is direct access to many green slopes that run you right back to the condo - but still allow easy access to more difficult slopes. Perfect ski condo for the veteran or the newbie. The condo itself was clean and extremely well equipped. What a great find.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I've stayed here in the Village at Breckenridge with Scott on numerous occasions. The condos here are located right at the base of peak 9 for easy ski access. They are also located right at the edge of town, so walking to dinner/shopping is also very convenient. The unit is very clean and spacious, and Scott is always upgrading and keeping the unit fresh. The unit has three queen beds, so it's great for a small group or family. I have always enjoyed my stays here, and I plan on coming back next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have stayed in other places in Breckenridge before and this is my favorite. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. When you arrive, the place gives you this feeling of familiarity like its your own personal vacation spot that you have visited countless times before. The reason this one is my favorite is its location. You are less than 100 yards from everything in Breckenridge, and I mean everything. You can put your boots on in the condo since the base of Peak 9 is literally your backyard. At the end of a long day, the dry steam room at the complex's rec facility is an awesome way to relax some muscles. Lastly, you are right in front of main street so all of the restuarants, stores and night life are right at your finger tips. Once you arrive, leave your car in the garage and forget about it. Great condo, great location, great mountain. What more can you ask for?Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I found my stay at Breckenridge to be great!! The atmosphere of the condo was relaxing (far better than other units where I have stayed in this complex), comfortable and had adequate space for child as well as family activities. The convenience to both downtown Breckenridge and ski lifts is outstanding. We could be seated in an excellent burger venue within within five minutes walk from the entrance to the area where the condo is located. Our only need for a car was to drive to a grocery shopping area. We really enjoyed the convenient access to the excellent workout facility, pool, hot tubs and sauna all which were clean and well maintained. An outstanding condo with all the conveniences of home!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I have nothing but good to say about this condo. It is less than 100 yards from the ski lift!!! Very comfortable and a short walk to Main St. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for the best access to Breckenridge.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
