We welcome you to enjoy our home at Whistler. This one bedroom one bathroom condo is among the largest (800 square feet) one-bedroom condos in Whistler. The open layout sleeps 4 (1 king bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa). It lives very comfortably with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 flat screen TVs, stereo system, gas fireplace, a balcony, FREE wi-fi. Two large closets, a real entry where you can change out of your ski gear, and room to spread out make our condo much more comfortable for a long stay than most.
We love the convenient location where you can walk to the slopes, lifts, restaurants, and shops along the Blackcomb Village Stroll. The Glacier lodge has a full service 24hr front desk to serve your needs including concierge services, FREE ski/snowboard valet/storage. Building has recently been updated with luxury finishes including the beautiful lobby. Amenities include 2 hot tubs, heated pool, underground parking, ski storage, 24hr front desk, bike storage, on site laundry, exercise room, and meeting room. Conveniently located in the building are the Hidden Lodge Spa, Ciao Thyme Bistro, C Fitz Bar, and a BC Liquor Store.

Guests must be 25 years or older with photo identification to be shown at check in. Parking is available at $15 per day in secured underground garage with arrangements made through the front desk at check in.
Rates and availability subject to change until confirmed. A deposits of the first night's stay and tax is due upon booking with balance due 45 days before arrival.

About the owner: Skiing is a family affair for us. I am a third generation northwest skier and have been skiing for over 30 years. I married a non-skiier and spent a number of years (she says just one!) teaching her to ski. Coming from an mountain family she took to it immediately. Now we have added the newest skier to the family. She had her first lift ticket before her first birthday, was riding the magic carpet by 2, and took her first unassisted 'turns' at Whistler.
We have skied over 30 resorts in western North America and spent a season in the French Alps. The unbeatable combination of terrain, alpine setting, and lots of snow, keeps us coming back to Whistler Blackcomb. We spend about 25 days a year on skis, extending our season into the summer with backcountry skiing.
When we are not at Whistler, we are based out of Seattle Washington, where we try to get out hiking, climbing, biking, camping, and boating as much as we can when it's not snowing in the mountains.
Why the Owner Chose Glacier Lodge: We have visited Whistler for year on vacations. Walking to the lifts along a pedestrian stroll is one of the huge benefits Whistler can provide. When we were looking to purchase a property we wanted to be able to walk to the lifts in our ski boots, not wait for the bus or drive.
The Glacier Lodge offers a location where you can park your car never have to use it for the rest of your vacation. You can walk to the lifts, restaurants, bars, shops, even the main village.
Our condo is special among one bedroom units in that it has windows in the living room and dining room rather than the typical one window at the end of the combined dining/living room. This makes is very open and spacious.

Walk-to-lifts location means not waiting for busses to start or end your day. You can access a spa, bar, bistro, liquor store, and ski shop in your slippers since they are located in the building.
