This Cozy Cabin is conveniently located off Pioneer Trail near Ski Run blvd., with Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos and stores all within one mile.
This warm knotty pine interior cabin is in the heart of South Lake Tahoe.It has a great back yard for BBQ in the summer and plenty of area around the cabin for nature walks and sledding in the winter.There is a great kids fort in the back yard and a fire pit, BBQ and tables and chairs for backyard fun!
The two car garage is great for storage and there is also extra parking on the lot for more vehicles.
And an enclosed porch is an added bonus for ski equipment and for the dog to hang out.
*****Kitchen nook area has high speed cable internet with wired and wireless capabilities. A Printer is also provided.*****
Upstairs has two bedrooms. One room has a double and a twin bed and the other has a queen.
Downstairs, there's a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with nook.
Also downstairs is a bathroom and another larger bedroom with a king size bed and two large closets. The downstairs room has a Graco play pen for smaller kids and also TV with cable and VCR/DVD player. Living room has a futon that can be folded out.
House will sleep six comfortably but we have had eight adults and two kids and it is nice and cozy.
Living room has a large TV with full cable and a DVD/VCR and Stereo unit.
All linens and towels are provided and the house is cleaned by Merry maids before and after you leave.

We have been going to Lake Tahoe for the past few years. We decided to stay in a cabin this time and we are so glad we picked this one. We wanted to bring our dogs with us, and this was an amazing place. Thank you for everything. The yard was completely fenced in and they could run and play without worrying about them getting hurt. We spent my daughter's 7th birthday here and we are glad we did. Dan, Krista & Kambria

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cabin very much. The location is just minutes away from Heavenly, which is great for our snowboarding family. We also enjoyed playing in the snow in the very large front/side yard. A lovely, cozy cabin.

These owners are extremely friendly and cooperative, even returned our last night fee when we had to return early. Very prompt return of deposit fee too. We went up on what was predicted to be the blizzard of the year, with no problems whatsoever. Chain controls, but both 50 and Pioneer Trail were plowed well. The cabin is conveniently located right off Pioneer Trail, yet unbelievably quiet. Just 2 blocks from Ski Run Blvd., conveniently located to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Red Box DVD's were right down the road, although they had many videos in the cabin too, along with games. The wood stove fireplace nearly cooked us out! (bring matches), perfect for those cold, snowy nights. The cabin came with everything you could need or want, including a cute raised food/water set for your pooch. Now my dog wants one! We've stayed in pet-friendly places before and they stink. This place did not at all. Loved the enclosed front porch and the garage to keep the vehicle out of snow at night. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

This house feels very comfortable and cozy. We love the fireplace and kept it burning all weekend long. The pictures do not give it justice. We look forward to our return visit.

We spent a great 2 weeks here, close to everything, the kids liked their independance to be able to bike to town and the rec. center. Very comfortable place to stay and the owners are great to deal with. We will be back.

Jay and Rachel were very responsive answering all my questions related to renting this property. The best part about this rental for us was that they welcomed pet owners and had a fenced in yard for our dogs to play! The cabin was very cozy and incredibly close to the casinos, food, shopping, skiing...practically everything you would want to do. We will definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Tahoe!!!
