This beautiful spacious home was built in 2004. It has a heated pool and is a three minute drive or short walk to the beach. It has a desirable southern exposure, convenient location, with a large open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, tile floors throughout the living and dining areas, has a private heated pool with waterfall, outdoor shower and pool bath.
This desirable location is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It is about a mile to Vanderbilt beach and the Ritz Carlton. A complimentary parking pass to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (another beautiful beach on the gulf) is included with rental.
This lovely, tastefully decorated, smoke-free home has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed with sliders to pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and all towels and linens are provided. There are bikes available for your use and beach chairs and towels are also provided.
This Naples home is a perfect year-round vacation location!

We stayed at this wonderful home over spring break 2010. The home was a fantastic place for my family to stay and the owners were very easy to work with. It is walking distance (1.5 miles) to the beach and still in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a convenient location to everything you could want. We highly recommend this to any family traveling to Naples.

September 08 After 16 days we have grown to love your beautiful house and the surroundings of Naples. Well planned layout & fully equipped, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Lovely pool & lovely beaches within a short distance, along with great restaurants and shopping. John & Tina! We are so thankfull to you for letting us stay at your home. the house is lovely, very well decorated & spacious. Even though we traveled all the way from Michigan, we still felt like this was our home. Pool was the best thing for my kids & the entire family. The nearby beach was wonderful too. A perfect beautiful house! We were here in Naples for a family reunion. The house lent itself for entertaining small family groups for dinner. The pool was most used-expecially by our twin 6 yr old granddaughters! A pleasant respite from cooler upstate New York. The house is really well equpped & every thought has been given to comfort of guests- from the open shared living spaces to the most comfy bedrooms, bath. Thank you! Ryan Family
