Property description

Pristine second floor coach home in Pelican Landing’s desirable Lakemont Cove community. Our home features a spacious split bedroom floor plan with vaulted ceilings, wood flooring in living areas, and carpet in all bedrooms. Enjoy a stunning new kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and wood custom cabinetry. Our screened lanai offers custom tile flooring, Lexan sliding panels used to enclose the lanai from the elements, and a beautiful landscaped view with Western exposure. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine with peaceful surroundings and a pleasing view. A few steps from the largest pool in Pelican Landing, this home’s convenient location only adds to its overall distinction. The pool is heated with a hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center and barbeque grill.

Our living room has vaulted ceilings and a 46inch flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area includes a table that seats six. Our lanai is spacious and private and includes a new dining table and two comfortable lounge chairs.

Our master bedroom suite includes a king sized bed and a private full bath which includes a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and new frameless walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the unit providing full privacy and include a full separate bathroom. The guest bedrooms include one king and two twin beds.

Our coach home has a laundry room as well as a garage. All kitchen amenities, linens, towels, beach towels etc. are supplied. As our guest you will have all the comforts of your own home in order to enjoy all that Pelican Landing has to offer!

ABOUT PELICAN LANDING- Pelican Landing is a gated, luxury community located on Florida’s gulf coast just 20 minutes south of Fort Myers airport and 20 minutes north of Naples. Our Tennis Center features 12 Har-Tru courts, of which 7 are lighted. Take out a sunfish at our sailing center, where lessons are available free of charge. For the golfer, there are many excellent choices. We especially recommend the Raptor Bay Golf Club, a spectacular 18-hole Raymond Floyd-designed championship course. As the first resort course in the world to receive the Audubon International Gold Signature Sanctuary Certification, each hole was crafted to blend in and accentuate the beauty of its natural surroundings. Greens fees are significantly discounted for Pelican Landing guests. Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center, Waterside Shops, Miromar Outlets, and Mercato are a few of the close by retail centers that cater to the most discerning shopping enthusiast and also include fantastic restaurants to suit every taste. Our coach home is very special for the following reasons...great location nearby the largest pool in Pelican landing...Far from Route 41, so it is very peaceful with no road noise...The Lakemont Cove units are well spaced, so you have tremendous privacy...The appliances, furniture and accessories are all new...Volume ceilings and ceiling fans provide a very spacious feel...We hope that you fully utilize all of the Pelican Landing amenities during your stay. We especially enjoy the private beach, and the private boat shuttle that takes you there. The largest pool in Pelican landing is located nearby. The water temperature is maintained at 90 degrees. There are three new Weber gas grills at the pool for your use. The pool is a very quiet, relaxed place and it is very easy to meet people. The kayak/canoe park is always available. No experience necessary--it is easy, safe and fun. You will see exotic birds and possibly a manatee when paddling the various water trails. The tennis facilities are fantastic. The sailing lessons are free and those who demonstrate sailing proficiency can explore Estero Bay independently on a community-owned sunfish. There are many wonderful golf courses for you to choose from. The sidewalks throughout the community are perfect for short or long distance walking or biking. You will find that the health club in the Pelican Landing Community Center is second to none.
