Our home Dolphin Villa Florida is a five bedroom pool villa at "Silver Creek". This smoke-free home was built by D.R. Horton Homes and started renting May 2004. Our homes interior was repainted throughout in mid 2009 and the outside of the home was painted in December 2010.
This luxury holiday villa has five bedrooms and its own pool with an enclosure and a lanai (shaded porch) so you can enjoy a swim in the pool with out getting too hot. The pool area has woodland outlook with views of Disney fireworks and there is a large side garden.
Our Luxury Holiday Villa features two master bedrooms with en-suites and TV/DVD. Two further bedrooms with twin beds share the main bathroom and bedroom five has recently been changed from a multi purpose room to a queen bedroom. We have an office are in the main lounge with hi-speed internet with WiFi. The main lounge has HD cable TV with over 100 channels, DVD/VCR. All the bedrooms have standard cable TV and DVD's.
The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar sitting two and dining area sits four. The formal dining area sits six but can be expanded to sit 8.
Double Garage area contains Washer and Dryer, games area with pool table, table tennis 10-1 games table and electronic darts.

Dear Paul and Marianne, Our family had a wonderful time in your beautiful Dolphin Villa in Florida. We had plenty of room for privacy and to relax together after a full day of activities in the Orlando area. It was so nice to be able to cook for my family and not to have to eat meals out. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The game room was a big hit with everyone. Thank you for helping us with all the details of renting as this was our first time. We will definitely rent again. My family recently stayed a your home and found it to be everything you advertised it to be. The five bedrooms-3 baths allowed four families to each have some privacy (tv in each bedroom) plus a bathroom in 3 bedrooms. There were 7 adults and four children ages, 11,9,7 and 18 months old. The pool was perfect and we were able to see the fireworks from Disney World in the evening. The laundry was a plus! Thank you for providing such a great place to vacation and I hope we can take advantage of it again next year.

Hi Paul, Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. It has been busy since our return. I would like to thank you for helping make my family vacation the best one ever. Your villa was close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and at the same time gave us all plenty of space and privacy. This was the first time we have rented a villa, and the last time we try to squeeze our large family into a hotel room. It sure was great "coming home" to Dolphin Villa we hope to be back again. We stayed at the Paul's Dolphin Villa in June of 2007 for our annual Disney trip. We had stayed at another home previously that was not available last year. We won't be returning to the other home. Paul keeps the Dolphin Villa so nice and clean and well-stocked.

We stayed at the Dolphin Villa in January of 2006. There were 5 adults and 3 children in total. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. Paul & Marianne have made this home a truly magnificent place to stay in. It's more than just a hotel or rental house, it's a home. They take pride in making sure all the occupants have the comforts of home, and then some. We recently returned to Disney, but their home was booked so we tried another place; what a mistake that was. From now on we only go if, and when, their home is available! I want to thank them for giving us such a nice place to return to each day, it was warm, inviting and so relaxing. It really helped make our first experience to Orlando and Disney World the absolute best it could be. I highly recommend staying here...it's just a beautiful, cozy home with many extra amenities for the whole family to enjoy :-) Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

We stayed at Dolphin Villa in March 2007 for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minuite of it. There were 9 of us in total and found there was plenty of room to move about. The villa and furnishings were top notch and within easy reach of everything including a winnedixie and wallmart. Paul the owner was very helpfull at all times. Would not hesitate to stay there again, but will need to win the lottery before going back to America( 4 children Lol). Enjoy your stay.

Paul, My boys and I would like to thank you again for the use of your vacation home. It was so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed everything the home had to offer. We enjoyed seeing the large birds every morning walk by. My teenage boys really enjoyed the PS2. The enclosed pool was wonderful and the kids took full advantage of it. Paul, My family and I would like to extend our most sincere thanks for the use of your beautiful vacation home. It was almost like being in our home back in Georgia. From the decor to the gameroom, everything was absolutely spotless and lovely. You simply thought of everything including dvd's, PS2, and the gourmet kitchen had everything in it that one could possibly think of. Driving into the subdivision was our first indication that your home was definitely the best choice we could have made. The enclosed pool was perfect for the entire family and at nighttime, the lights in the pool made for a romantic evening. We couldn't have asked for more.
