Sensitively restored and furnished with very much taste and equipped with all the necessary goods. You see the Saturday/Wednesday markets unfold in front of your window. Suitable for single or double occupancy only, no pets or children permitted. This exceptional little apartment is the first floor in this building where there are a total three apartments. It has been beautifully restored and equipped to a high standard with beautiful antique furniture. It is comfortable electrically heated. Features: * Double-size bedroom with comfortable firm five-foot bed, chest of drawers, views over side street (less noise). * Bathroom en suite with large wash basin and bath. * The toilet is separate so that it also can be used by guests. * Beautiful kitchen. * Living room, comfortably and nicely furnished. Rental prices and booking conditions: * Prices per week. * Dates in 2005. * Cost in Euros and US dollars equivalent. Our further rental conditions, not included in the rental prices are: * Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of €400, to be reimbursed within eight weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs. * Obligatory rental of linen at €10/person for one set. Optional: * Rental of towels - bath towel (€4/pc) and hand towel (€3/pc). * Single cleaning charge of €50. * Heating charge €50/week in the months of October until May. * For electricity €50/week. Arrival / Departure: * Arrival is Saturday between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. * Departure is Saturday not later than 10:00 AM. Payment of rental and deposit: * 50% within one week of making the booking; the rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received. * 50% plus deposit, eight weeks before arrival. Cancellations: * If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. * If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. * If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, an 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
