This second-floor duplex at 2634 Asbury Ave. has been completely renovated to include all new paint, and carpeting in bedrooms as well as Pergo laminate flooring throughout first floor. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed, two has a queen-size bed, and three has two twin beds with trundles. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. We have a TV/DVD in the master bedroom, bedroom #2 @ #3 have tvs. The family room has a 27-inch TV with a DVD. There is a stereo in the property. The family room has berber carpet with a fireplace and the sofa has a pull out queen bed and love seat. The bathrooms have been updated with new tile flooring, toilets, and vanities. The house is painted neutral throughout with a shore theme.
There is a deck off the front as well as a deck of the back of the house with access through the master bedroom. There is plenty of storage with a storage room out back with an outside shower. In the back of the house is parking for one car and parking is available in the front.
Kessler's Corner is right up the street for an evening stroll for ice cream or Uncle Bill's Pancake House is a few blocks away. The beach is a short two-block walk from the house. Also within a few blocks is Hoys 5 & 10, Dairy Queen, Wawa and Acme for easy shopping.
