YOU ARE INVITED to enjoy my "freestanding" CABIN in the WOODS. This private home enjoys JUST ABOUT THE BEST LOCATION in the area. The chalet, as some have called it, warmly welcomes you with a spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area... room for everyone to enjoy. Gather in the evenings by the REAL WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE, or enjoy a board game or private time upstairs in the loft area. Plenty of privacy for everyone. There are two full bathrooms (tub/shower), plus two bedrooms and the loft.
The cabin includes 2 King sized beds, plus 1 full sized bed, and a convertible sofa.
NEW HOT TUB --- Very private! Located behind the cabin, where you will find no neighbors within view of your privacy!!
NEWER FRONT REDWOOD DECK!!! Sit on the deck with your morning coffee or evening beverage, and ENJOY LOOKING AT THE FOREST BEFORE YOU. (***No parking lot, or cabins in front***)
Condition is excellent. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.
Great location in Incline Village. Enjoy a SHORT WALK walk to a very private CREEK nearby in the National Forest!
Very close to shopping (1 mile) and access to all the great things to enjoy in Tahoe. Incline Village "resident private passes" are available for a daily fee. Some discounts may apply.

Take a leisurely walk to Lake Tahoe, or a short drive. Incline Village is close to everything...ski areas, the Tahoe Rim Trail, the Pacific Crest Trail and more, and beautiful views of Lake Tahoe, of course.

The cabin is a great way to relax. It is great to enjoy a real cabin feel in the mountains, with a real fireplace, beautiful evergreen trees, variety of birds and sounds, creek close by, hiking trails, and wildlife.
Market, restaurants, hardware store and laundromat, all about 1 mile from the cabin.
Steps away from the cabin, enjoy the year round creek. Sitting in the hot tub, in the evening, you might be able to hear the rushing waters, as you enjoy a starry night!
