Our home consists of two palapas - one is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area which opens onto a large oceanfront terrace with dipping pool and the other is a two-story bedroom palapa. The downstairs bedroom has French doors which open onto an oceanfront terrace and the upstairs has a covered balcony. Each bedroom has its own bath and there is a complete bathroom in the living palapa as well.
The house is elegant, graceful, and dramatic with a jungle-like garden filled with beautiful flowers on the land-side of the property.
We are on a point which juts out into the sea but a long, sandy beach is just a short walk away as well as a surf break. There is also a large swimming pool on the property surrounded by palms. The house is located in a gated enclave including nine homes and is very secure and private.
