Our incredible apartment in Paris combines stunning views and balcony with an enviable location on the Left Bank in Paris, a beautiful and welcoming apartment for your stay in Paris. It is undoubtedly one of the most romantic apartments in Paris, which you will appreciate as you watch the sun set behind the Eiffel Tower from your first-row seat on the balcony. Toast the view each evening or enjoy café au lait on the bistro table each morning.
There is one large bedroom and bath. This apartment measures 560 square feet and faces west, so incredibly light and sunny. It offers a warm and romantic stay in Paris. Important features include:
* Unobstructed view from the balcony off the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars Park - stay in Paris and overlook the dark courtyard on the inside of the building? Not an option!
* Sixth floor of the building (seventh floor American) with elevator - apartment is light and high above street.
* Windows and French doors are new with the best quality sound insulation available.
* Late 1800s building means old world charm and beautiful features.
Enter our Pinot apartment and turn right to enter the living room. It is a beautiful double-size room that was opened up to create a feeling of space and light. You are immediately drawn to the balcony; two pairs of French doors lead onto the balcony to breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower to the right, gardens of the Champ de Mars and Parisian life below. A round marble bistro table and chairs sit on the balcony for you to enjoy croissants and café au lait each morning, or toast the sunset in the evening. At Paris Perfect, we believe that a crucial element of your stay in Paris is to be able to enjoy this kind of view - whether for the first or 50th time.
It is wonderful to watch the day unfold below: parents taking children to school, people buying their morning and evening baguettes, coming back from the market with their shopping baskets full, or joining friends for an espresso at the café on the corner. A great view is an important factor to consider when choosing an apartment in Paris. It is extremely difficult to find apartments with views and balconies, so our selection is small, but we are uncompromising in our standards. We have remodeled it to make your stay as comfortable and delightful as possible.
Between the two French doors stands a pretty antique dresser and mirror. On the right is the sofa, which converts to a comfortable double-size bed for sleeping at night. Additionally, we have a folding twin mattress available as an extra sleeping option.
Comfortable chairs face the sofa, important for relaxing at the end of a long day of sightseeing. On the right is a wooden fireplace to add a touch of home. Find a DVD player which is compatible with American movies, so you can bring your favorites with you. The stereo means you can listen to your favorite CD of music with a glass of wine in the evening. The TV has cable so you can watch CNN, CNBC, Sky News, and sample all of the French channels as well.
The open kitchen is on your left, with all the conveniences you need to prepare a gourmet meal: convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, four-burner stove, toaster, coffee maker, and white porcelain dishes.
The dining area sits in front of French doors on the left hand side. It is in pale beechwood and comfortably seats up to six people.
Walk down the corridor to find the bathroom on your right. This is a spacious room by French standards, with window overlooking the courtyard. There is a bathtub with shower, sink, washer/dryer, and shelves for storage. The countertop is white marble and contrasts nicely with the white tiles surrounding the bathtub.
The toilet is next on your left, convenient for 'getting ready' as it is separate from the bathroom. Find a large closet on the right of the hallway, with plenty of hanging and storage space.
The large bedroom is at the back of the apartment rental and overlooks a quiet courtyard. A pretty bay window overlooks the rooftops at the back. We restored an antique bench for this nook, for reading and simply enjoying your quiet time in Paris. The queen-sized bed is new and of the highest quality, decorated in Provencal-style toile de jouy fabric. The silk taffeta curtains add to the soft, romantic feel of this room. There are three closets on your left for storage, plus bookcase on your right.
Location of our apartment is one of the best in Paris: the apartment is surrounded by cafés, shops, and restaurants and walking distance to major monuments. It is a ten-minute walk to the Invalides, ten minutes to the Trocadéro, the Grand Palais, and the couturier's on Ave. Montaigne. Fifteen-minute walk to the Champs Elysées, 20 minutes walk to Place de la Concorde and the Bon Marché department.
One block to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The Champ de Mars Park is a rare bonus in Paris as there are few large parks in the center of the city. Walk, run, play in one of three playgrounds, basketball court, go to the puppet theater, or just sit and enjoy. Nearby skating and bike rental are a fun activity in the park, especially after strenuous sightseeing.
River is three blocks away where the famous Bateau Mouche boat tours begin.
Open Markets: Rue Cler is three blocks away, one of the most famous pedestrian market streets in Paris. Pont de l'Alma is a five-minute walk and has the largest open-air market in Paris every Saturday morning. Merchants come from the country with wines, fruits, vegetables, flowers, fish, patés, breads, even five types of escargots!

Romance and Champagne on Private Balcony; Best Paris View!
Year Purchased: 2009
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 7
After moving to Paris, we tried many Paris neighborhoods and the decision was simple; the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside your apartment and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 7
My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

“I found the Pinto to be a great location with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was nicely appointed with all home comforts provided. I was there for 2 months and found it to be a great "home away from home." The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Paris."

"We loved our stay in the Pinot apartment in December, 2010! The apartment was extremely comfortable. The bedroom was quiet. Pinot was truly our home away from home, where we were even able to entertain very graciously, thanks to all the apartment's amentities. The location was unbeatable - near many bus routes, around the corner from some of Paris' best restaurants and well located for excellent shopping. Management was attentive and responsive to all of our needs. We look forward to our return"

“We stayed at the Pinot at 67 ave, de la Bourdannais. It was all that was advertised. Very quiet at nights, very bright and cheerful during the day. we were ther for 2 weeks. The area was perfect, the lovely Parc de Mars across the street and easy access to excellent restaurants within 10 minute walks. Our favorite was the Au Petit Sud Ouest directly across the street. The owner and his wife are great hosts and very charming and accomodating. The best Foie Gras I have had since The Pierre in New York some 15 years ago. Great Patisseries surround the apt.Would recommend it to my best friend, without hesitation. Another tip , If you do go on a dinner cruise, take the Bateaux Parisienne,as we did. Their pier is a 15 minute straight walk from the Apt. on the same side of the Seine, and a neccessary walk back!We had a great time thank you Paris Perfect. As a suggestion, I would suggest that a rep. could call a day or so after the guests arrival, as it is quite a lot to digest remember as to how to operate the various machines after a tiring transatlantic flight!"

We had never been to Europe, and were apprehensive about renting an apartment over the internet. We were thrilled to find the "Pinot" to be as wonderful as the pictures on the website appeared. It was spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and we felt very safe and secure. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony windows was spectacular, especially at night when it did its light show!! The Pinot made our stay in Paris, well, PERFECT! The Paris Perfect staff were excellent, too! Very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend Paris Perfect apartments!

Both Jay and I had the best holiday and anniversary celebration one could imagine. The Pinot apartment was perfect in every way! In New York it's all about Location, Location, Location. The same holds true for Paris, the City of Lights. The Paris guide you provided was more informative than anything we purchased in the book store. We are planning our return visit. Seasons Greetings to all!”

“We loved our apartment. The decor was beautiful and homey. Everything we needed was there. The bedroom was a nice size and very comfortable to sleep in. The view from our balcony was unbelieveable. We would sit out and watch the Eiffel tower every night. Perfect!!The location of the apartment was also fantastic. Access to wonderful cafes, shops down below, Rue Cler only a few blocks away, and the Eiffel tower only 1 block away. What was even better was that we could find the bus stops easily and on the way home on the bus it stopped basically in front of our apartment. After a long day of walking that was wonderful.Thank you very much! This apartment made our stay in Paris comfortable and magical!!!”Lisa Hernandez & Jon Kirby - Atlanta, GA - September 2009

“I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay in Paris over Christmas last year with Paris Perfect. We are a diverse group of ten family members...ranging in age from 9 to 81. Although Paris Perfect didn't have one apartment large enough to accommodate all of us, the staff was incredible about finding us two beautiful smaller apartments across the hall from one another that allowed all of us to spend our awake time together, parting only to go to sleep each evening. It was a great solution...although I will confess that it's a bit nerve-wracking to do all this over the internet. It wasn't until we had arrived in our apartments that I finally relaxed! Not only was the service great before we even left for our trip, it was first rate once we arrived. The welcome was efficient, timely and thorough. The apartments were fully outfitted with everything we needed. Our favorite accessory was the wheeled shopping cart that made us feel like real Parisians! The resource notebook in each apartment provided a wealth of information and made us feel as if we had lived in the neighborhood forever. One of our younger members needed to be sure that Santa Claus would find him in Paris and felt that we "had to have" a Christmas tree. The folks at Paris Perfect left recommendations of local florists from whom we could buy a tree! It turned out that a most talented and lovely young woman owned a flower shop literally next door to our apartment building! We wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend Paris Perfect to anyone.”Lisa Roday -

“Our stay in the Pinot apartment was awesome. We had never rented an apartment before on vacation and this was definitely a great experience. If Paris Perfect was everywhere in the world we would definitely vacation that way every time. I have to also mention how lovely the neighborhood was. We felt safe and had peace of mind. I would definitely stay there again if we had another chance.”Kevin Campbell - Thursday, July 9th 2009

My daughter and I stay in the Pinot Apartment in Feburary 2009 and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very well outfitted for a comfortable stay - it is fine for a couple or even three people. My daughter used the pull out couch in the living room and was comfortable. The location is great for walking- so much to do nearby and also close to public transportation. The neighborhood is the finest in Paris and we had so much fun exploring each day. The staff at Paris Perfect were delightful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would definately stay with Paris Perfect again and we can't wait for our next trip to Paris.”Antonia Daughtry - Thursday, July 9th 2009

The Pinot apartment was the first apartment we ever rented for vacation. All we can say is that we wish Parisperfect was located at every popular destination in the world. It was a very spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 children on vacation. I loved that we had a washer/dryer so that we didn't have to pack so many clothes. The apartment was located in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Our view of the Eiffel tower was the icing on the cake! If ever we get the opportunity to visit Paris again we would definitely go with Paris Perfect again.”Rocel Campbell - Friday, July 10th 2009
