Truly outstanding 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom two bath home with garage. Newly renovated inside out, is accented with beautiful tile and granite through out, kitchen features beautiful raised panel cabinets and new appliances, great room opens up to large screened lanai and then opens up to professionally landscaped yard surrounding new heated swimming pool with lots of privacy for your sun tanning. Master suite has king set with walk in closet with appointed bathroom which also opens to the screened lanai.
The other two bedrooms have another king set and the other queen and both share the 2nd bath and also to mention the beds have very comfortable mattresses and sheets. Surrounding this lovely property are the amazing diversions such as world famous shopping, entertainment, nightlife of the Mercado Plaza and the beautiful white sand record setting beaches in the United States.

Would not rent this place again. Could not use the garage because it was full of furniture and junk. Several things had to be repaired in the house: dresser draw in master bedroom was broken, kitchen cabinet handles were missing, front lights did not work, back door lock was inoperable, fence needed repairing, door broke off fence, dryer did not shut off, curtain rods were not secure on walls. Only two things were repaired, the curtain rods and the fence door. Their coffee maker was filthy, oven not cleaned, and master bathroom shower was not clean. I called several times to get things repaired but had no success. Also pool was not properly cleaned at times. For what I paid to rent this house it was not worth it.Did you find this review helpful? Stayed in this home over the July 4th weekend and we were very pleased with everything. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything you could think of. The ammenities were spectacular and it was very close to the beach, attractions and great restaurants. The management was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. This will definitely remain on our list as places to return to when we are in the Naples area. Recommend highly.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
