The condo was great! You have great taste in furnishings and it was a treat to stay in such a wonderfully decorated place. The location was great and we found the King's Shops helpful when we needed something quickly. We did go on to Princeville, Kauai and the condo there was old and had no air conditioning. My adult children said let's go back to Kona as well as my parents. The condo slept 8 comforably and it was truly a treat to stay in a condo that made you feel like you were staying in a resort but had the ability to cook once in a while. We truly were pleased.

We had a most pleasurable stay at your stunning condo! I commented to Steve that you didn't miss a thing! Your decorating is impeccable....loved your choice of cd's and "Hawaiiana" books and the one wall painted green! Beautiful! We also appreciate and thank you for accomodating our budget. We will probably be returning to the Big Island next January (which will make 6th year in a row) and would certainly be interested in your place again, if available.
