Deposit of $350.00 required to confirm the rental. This will be refunded upon
completion of rental if no damage to the unit has occurred.
Minimum stay requirment is 5 days.
Christmas/New Years $300/night...$2100/week
Credit Card payment through paypal accepted.
Rates do not include Hawaii State tax of 13.4% and a $150.00 cleaning fee.
Vacationers can request extra cleaning during a long stay.

Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
We've been travelling to the Big Island for almost 10 years and have fallen in love with it. We'd like to share the opportunity with family, friends and vacationers (potential friends).
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Being located near the King's shops allows us to walk around the lake and get our morning coffee and any quick grocery items we might need. In another 10 minutes we can be sitting on "A" beach.
Owner's Map of Fairway Villas
We live just outside of Vancouver, are empty nesters and love to travel, especially to Hawaii occasionally with our 7 children and 5 grandchildren. The purchase of this condo was a new experience for us and we are looking forward to having a "Hawaiian" home.
