Come experience this PRISTINE condo that has been gutted and redone. Everything is NEW! NEW HVAC system, all new kitchen with new maple cabinets, granite counters, and new stainless steel appliances. New bathrooms with granite counters, new fixtures, etc. NEW hardwood flooring and carpet throughout! Ceiling fans throughout, 43 new recessed lighting fixtures, new windows and doors, window treatments, etc.
Completely repainted throughout with newly scraped smooth ceilings and lots of recessed lighting! ALL NEW furnishings, decorations, mattresses, bedding, dishes, cutlery, and cookware... The complex offers a PRIVATE pool, and Four PRIVATE tennis courts. Located a short five minute walk to the Lighthouse in world-renown Harbour Town, our gorgeous villa has a remote view of the second tee of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links, which hosts the MCI Heritage Classic each April.
If you are a beach lover, take a short five minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club, or simply catch the Sea Pines Trolley which stops across the street from our villa at Sea Pines Shopping Center.

I can say that we have never stayed at a rental property that goes so far and above any expectations! The decor is warm and inviting with everything completely updated....I think the kitchen is better equipped than mine at home! Anyone will be happy staying here and enjoying the convenience to Harbor Town.... this has to be one of the most comfortable condos around!

We stayed here during the week of the 4th of July. It was an extremely busy week and the location was excellent, since it was right next door to Sea Pines Center allowing easy access to Truffle's Cafe (my wife's favorite place on the Island to eat) and the trolley system, which takes you to Harbour Town, The Beach Club, and South Beach Marina (the location of The Salty Dog Cafe). Everything was as described and the villa was in excellent condition, better than ones previously rented directly from Sea Pines with premiere ratings and were more expensive.The pool was very quiet and private, which was nice since we had a 3 year old with us that is new to being in the water. There was plenty of parking, which has been an issue in other areas of Sea Pines in the past. We had no problem with it being on the third floor and my kids loved watching the wildlife in the mornings and evenings that lived in the water below the balcony. Looking forward to staying here again in the fall or next summer. This was our 1st VRBO rental and were cautious about trying it, but the owner made it a very easy and enjoyable experience.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Decor and furnishings are nice.Great location! But one big factor that owner fails to mention is that it is on the third floor with 34 steps to carry luggage up. It was very hard for my mother. It also mentions a bbq. There is not one cause its on the third floor!! Bikes are rusted and we had to rent our own after we arrived. Housekeeping is terrible! After lugging our luggage up, we realized linens had been changed and that was it. It was filthy! Had to leave so housekeeping could reclean! When we returned, vent in bathroom looked like it was growing hair from all the dust and still with broken shade for sliding glass door in floor! View is of retention pond not the picture posted and never could see golf course. The lagoon pic is on other side of complex! Emailed owner to let her know of problems and have yet to receive a reply! Have used vrbo in past but this was very disappointing!!

Wonderfully redone!! The interior is great although views are not as good as expected. It is on the 3rd floor, so be aware! Great location to Harbour town and Forest beach/Coligny plaza!!
Owner response:Many returning guests come back to stay BECAUSE of the top floor location. They appreciate the fact that there is no one above you to make noise, like a herd of cattle. Location makes it, by far, the quietest location in the building. Further, top floor location offers vaulted ceilings throughout the unit,,,,,making the unit nice, bright, and open...Vaulted ceilings are not offered on the first and second floors. We've installed 40+ recessed lighting fixtures, and there are ceiling fans in every room of the villa. Not sure what guest means about the view. Lagoon view does NOT mean Ocean view, Golf view, or other....it means Lagoon view....making it nice and quiet and private, with a remote view of the 2nd fairway of the HarbourTown Links PGA golf course.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

Better than advertised! Furnishings are updated and very comfortable, especially the beds! Perfect space for two couples, but can get 2 more folks easily. Location is ideal for Harbor Town, tennis and golf. All of this and the owners are even more accommodating! Will return for more!! Amy & Kenny Whitaker Smyrna, GA

Well, the pictures shown on VRBO show a pristine villa. This villa is actually BETTER than the pictures!!!! Beds were so comfortable, we never wanted to leave! 5* all the way! By far, the NICEST property we've EVER stayed in in Sea Pines! Will return again, and again!! Thanks!
