Gorgeous, oceanfront, modern, two bedroom, two bath, bungalow home is just ten feet from the ocean and sitting out on a point with water views from 5 of the 6 windows...incredible views, feels like you're out on your own private island.

Our home is decorated in Ralph Lauren, Laura Ashley, and Claire Murray comforters and throw rugs with lots of hand made pottery on the walls. Dimmer switches on the lights to set the mood in the evening. We have not overlooked any utensil in the kitchen and of course a sturdy blender for tropical nights in the hammock overlooking the ocean. Spotlessly clean and impeccably furnished.

Your own private 35'seawall, bumpers, davits and fish cleaning station, with deep water access directly to the ocean or bay next to the Kemp Channel Bridge on Cudjoe Key, 30 minutes from Key West. Gated private community with 80 foot heated shared pool, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming area, marina, deli market, small post office, lighted tennis courts, lighted bocce courts, ping pong, and two large boat ramps and full service marina.

Located just 19 miles from Key West, a water-lover's dream. This 69 acre resort was created to put the ocean at your back door.

We are located on accessible boating channels to both the beautiful back country as well as a quick ten-minute run to the open Atlantic and it's Coral Reefs. Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary is a nearby must for snorkeling and diving in the crystal blue Atlantic. On the gulf side, Cudjoe Key offers the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge...A kayak or small boat paradise.

FOR DIVERS and FISHERMAN: The retired 523 foot WWII U.S. missile tracking ship Gen. Hoyt S. Vandenberg that once tracked space launches off Cape Canaveral, and also monitored Soviet missile launches during the Cold War, has been intentionally sunk off Key West in late May to become an artificial reef in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary AND IS OPEN TO DIVERS AND FISHERMEN.

    Linda, I just wanted to let you know that the place is always very comfortable and clean. Considering the expense you go to to keep it that way, that is why we let you know about the problems. Rest assured, we will never hesitate to recommend you properties to family and friends. My husband has stayed at other properties in Venture Out in the past and said ( I quote) "they were dumps!"   • Dear Linda, Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with my two sons and me. The boys had never been to the Florida keys and this experience was the absolute best for all of us! We saw dolphins right in front of the cottage, stingrays flying by (not two feet from the seawall), and more marine life right there than anywhere else we went, i.e., Key Largo, Key West, Dry Tortugas. What could be better and more convenient than taking about ten steps from the cottage and immersing yourself in 85-90 degree water? I will recommend you to friends, family and business associates.   • Just returned from the Keys, stayed at the Spencer house May 10 - 17. Perfect house and amentites. Perfect location, on the ocean with the uncrowded pool very close. Far enough away from Key West to sit back and relax then a short drive into Key West for some adult fun. Venture Out is a perfect community and friendly.   • Dear Linda, We just arrived home after a glorious week in your comfortable bungalow. The covered porch is wonderful as well as the cozy feel of the inside. We loved the "spencer and spencer" handpainted pottery throughout and also the lovely Claire Murray rugs. We were also most impressed with "Venture Out". We walked several miles each morning and again in the evening. Everyone was so friendly and cordial to us. It felt as if we lived there, too. We feel the location is great for exploring to the north or the south. Key West is only an easy half-hour drive and the state park, Bahia Honda, only 20 minutes north. We thank you so much for sharing your great home with us. We sincerely hope to return again. Tom and Mary Chase
