This recently redecorated Villa (originally built in 2002) is located in a lovely gated community on a beautiful barrier island across the road from the Atlantic Ocean. This location is ideal because of the quiet, laid-back atmosphere of Indialantic and its closeness to many Florida attractions: walk to the beach, one hour from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, as well as surfing, fishing, and kayaking. In addition, our community has a large pool, clubhouse, along with tennis and basketball courts.
Our Villa was recently professionally redecorated and is now available. The Villa, entirely on one floor with a private entrance, has vaulted ceilings throughout, including the family room, and both bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a queen-size sofabed and television with a DVD/Video player for your enjoyment.
The eat-in kitchen, with beautiful ceramic tile, has all of the appliances to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoy formal dinners in a separate dining room and enjoy relaxing mornings and evenings out in the screened-in porch. The master bedroom has a private bath and television. Plenty of storage is available in the attached two-car garage. |
