Holiday Rentals in the Provence FRANCE... La Traversette (in St. Siffret near Uzes).
Sleeps six to seven. American designer renovated home from the 18th century (featured in the July 1998 issue of the Italian edition of Architectural Digest and in the December 2004 issue of Maison et Dècor). Located next to the château in the centre of the charming medieval hillside village of St. Siffret, four miles from Uzes. A large landscaped rooftop terrace overlooks the village and the surrounding beautiful vineyard covered valley which leads to Uzes.

Not included in the rental prices are
Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of €400 (euro), to be reimbursed within eight weeks after departure, in full or deducted for repairs.
Telephone as per France Telecom's bill, this account will be provided within eight weeks after your stay.
Obligatory rental of linen at €10 (euro) per person for one set.
Optional: Rental of towels, Bath towel € 4/pc (euro), hand towel €3/pc (euro).
End of stay cleaning €100.
Electricity charge €80 per week.
For heating, if needed, €80 (euro) per week.
Arrival and Departure:
Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm.
Departure is Saturday not later than 10 am.
Payment of Rental and Deposit:
50% within one week of making the booking. The rental is only confirmed after this down payment has been received.
50% plus deposit, eight weeks before arrival.
Cancellations:
If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. |
