    Nous sommes présentement dans cette maison que nous avons loué pour 1 mois. Tout simplement le meilleur choix que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent. Propre, bien équipé et surtout super bien situé pour aller un peu partout.

    Hello Joe: We a appreciated a lot our stay in your house. The villa is spacious, well equipped and very clean! We took advantage of the swimming pool throughout our stay and loved it!     An absolutely beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. Completely as advertised, fully equipped, very conveniently located & the owners tips & directions as to attractions & dining in the area are right on the money. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this home. My wife & I hope to go back soon. We had a wonderful time.

    From the very beginning until the very end of our experience in this house was fantastic! The owner is kind and flexible which we appreciated very much. We were three families on shopping/discovering trip from three different cultures and still, the house was a highlight for all of us. It had everything we needed including our infant's needs as well. Fantastic spot for families, friends...for just chilling at the house or using it as a base. Pretty much I can only say good things and definitely highly recommend it.

    We spent a week in this paradise place in March 2011. We loved it from the entrance, even if we arrived in the night, the smell of the flowers at the entry make us to feel so welcomed, and then...all was perfect. The house has really everithyng you need for a vacation, even more...the kithen was new( the picture is not updated for the kitchen, and for garden -they are very nice), clean and with all we need to cook at home. All the house was very clean with 2 bathrooms and gym and washroom. And the yard was wonderfull with palms and jacuzzy, pool really big and the canal in the back just inviting you to use the 2 kayaks which Joe has for the guests. Placement was perfect, close to the HW and not far to the groceries. We visited Miami, Holywood, the Keys( do not miss them)...and it was always a pleasure to turn back yo "our" loved home. We really enjoyed it and we already recomend it to our friends. Thanks Joe, was wonderfull!

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

    Joe, We had a great time in FL, thank you. The villa was absolutely ideal for us, well located, very comfortable and we especially appreciated things like the large numbers of towels. The washing and drying facilities were really useful and the air conditioning, obviously an essential, worked really well and was very easy and convenient to operate, which is not always the case. Wireless internet was much appreciated, and almost an essential now, especially for teenagers who can't live without Facebook! We really enjoyed the pool and the setting, next to the canal, was really pleasant. As a runner I found the location very convenient to come up with a traffic safe loop of 6 miles and there were good local shops which catered for our needs perfectly. Trisha has an annual trip away with friends and they are great browsers of reviews on the internet to check accommodation. She has therefore posted a review of the villa confirming our very positive feedback. All in all the villa and the surroundings supplied an excellent balance between a very comfortable, well equipped and convenient holiday house and the informality of what looks like a genuine family home in the suburbs. The acid test is if we were coming to FL again we would almost certainly look to stay in your villa again and would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for providing such an excellent base for our most enjoyable holiday. Kind regards Roddy

    The house is very nice and clean. There is a nice pool to relax and the bedrooms are big enough to feel comfortable. The owner provided very good customer service and I would definitely recommend this property.

    My family rented the house for 2 weeks during Spring Break 2010. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood about 15 minutes from the FLL airport and 20 - 25 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale beaches / A1A. The house is well stocked and comfortable. The pool in back is in very good shape, although, as with all solar heating systems, consistent sunny days are required to create a truly warm pool (at least in March!). My sons enjoyed the fusbol table.

    I would highly recommend this holiday house to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in the Greater Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. The booking process was very smooth and we got all the confirmations, info and directions in due time. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to the I-95 towards Miami and still is only 10 minute drive from downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beaches. The house is even better than described on the web site. The location right on the canal is super. The house is very clean and practical, yet tastefully decorated. The pool was clean and a real pleasure to use both for adults and kinds even though we stayed here in late January-early February. The barbecue and the kayak was the icing on the cake of this great house. Finally there is a great ``back up'' support for the house. We had some self-inflicted trouble with the refrigerator. We called the caretaker Mariano - a great guy - and hew was with us in less than 10 minutes to solve our problem.

    This house is close to everything. It is clean,well kept and quiet. The Owner is very helpful in answering questions or concerns. lots of room. Nice, big dinnig room table.

    Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! It was like a home away from home. It is a really nice house, tastefully furnished with the all the amenities - central A/C, fully stocked kitchen, fitness room, swimming pool, games for the kids, TV, stereo and the list goes on....the owner even allows you use of their bicycles and kayaks! Everthing you would need to make yourself comfortale and keep yourself entertained is right there at your disposal...My toddler son really enjoyed his stay. He felt right at home. He normally is not very comfortable in hotel rooms....The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. As long as you have a car it is a convenient location: far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but just a few minutes away by car from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Los Olas Blvd. and the beaches. I would definitely stay here again!
