  My stay here was great. The property was nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The owner Jim, was very nice and helpful with all of our questions. The property is within walking distance to everything, restaurant, coffee shops, gas, shopping ect. It is centrally located for a number of activities, Santas Village, StoryLand, Attitash, are all a short distance drive away. Very kid friendly, my son had a blast in the pools and the game room. Would definately recommend the property to anyone and would definately go back.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  The condo is in a great location. Nice view of the mountains and you can walk to the river just behind the condo. There are restaurants and some shops also in walking distance. The description online is very accurate.. There are many attractions within 10 to 20 minutes away.

  Stayed for a few nights in July 2012 and loved it. The location was perfect and the facilty had tons to offer. You can walk down to the river but be warned as it's a flight of about 50 stairs. Both the indoor and outside pools were lovely. Condo unit was very clean and owners were very friendly. Only complaint is the lack of cooking equipment. I had to make breakfast using one small frying pan. All in all very happy with the experience and would definately rent again.

  The place was just as described. It's bright, cheery - lots of sunlight and what a view! Perfect for a couples get-away or family with young children. Location was great... walk or quick drive to shops/restaurants. Pool and game room(s) were nice too. The owner, Jim, was a pleasure to deal with - prompt email replies and most helpful. : )

  Our vacation was fantastic! This condo is spacious, clean and comfortable and we felt right at home as everything we could have possibly needed was right there...from dishes to pots and pans to dish rags. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The amenities were also fantastic...between the pools and the game room, onsite laundry. The great room was also a wonderful feature, with a beautiful deck with another breathtaking view. Owners were extremely receptive; got back to us promptly every time we contacted them. I can't wait to go back!

  Condo as exactly as described very clean and very well run property. Place is ideal for small families with excellent views. A definite thumbs up !!

  My wife and I have rented this condo during both winter and summer seasons and have greatly enjoyed our stays! Although the photos do this well appointed unit justice they don't show the beautiful view of the Pemi river and Loon's new South Peak off the balcony nor the other great amenities in the building that you have use of. The owners are very nice, they keep the condo clean and well maintained and have been very responsive and attentive to any questions or issues that might arise during a stay. The location is very conveniently located for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking & sightseeing - we highly recommend it!
