You'll love this very clean three bedroom, two bathroom home with it's warm fireplace and complete kitchen. In the winter you will enjoy skiing at the Poconos top ski resorts (Big Boulder and Jack Frost) just minutes away. Winter horseback riding is very popular along with Snowmobiling and A.T.V. riding. Once your finished playing in the snow, you'll want to sink your bones in the hot tub located out on the deck. Crank up the heat and r-e-l-a-x.
Summer fun is just outside your door. Once off the deck you're only a few steps from the pool, beach and clubhouse are all within walking distance. The clubhouse offers fine food a bar and a game room. The lake sits at the rear of the house just at the end of the yard. The tennis and basketball courts are also in the same location to the left.
The lake provides great boating and fishing. The state gamelands backs up to the rear of the house. The lake is stocked and the area has many fish farms for children. The activity in the area is endless for both kids and adults. The Poconos offer Shopping (Crossroads Outlets), Nascar Racing (Pocono Raceway), Skiing, Sledding, Ice Skating, Golf and much, much more.
Casinos are beginning to open in the area. The Mt. Airy Lodge is reopened and gambling has begun. Split Rock is opening soon. If golf is your game, I am a member at the newest course in the area located at Jack Frost. It is the National and is designed with five sets of tee boxes to accomodate beginners, children and even the most avid golfer. A very tricky course, one you must play.
