Come vacation in Spring Run! Our two bedroom, two bath first floor carriage home was built in 2001 by the award winning Bonita Bay Group. Spring Run is located in in The Brooks community, just 15 minutes north of Naples and 15 minutes from the Fort Myers International Airport.
This bright, cheery unit features wonderful views overlooking the fairway and water as well as a western exposure to enjoy sunsets in the lanai. The split bedroom floor plan gives you the maximum privacy with a luxurious king bed in the rear of the unit overlooking the golf course, and the second bedroom in the front with a queen bed.
The main living area is tiled and has a 12 foot opening to the lanai and golf course view. The living/dining area is open from the kitchen, where there is also an eat in dinette area. The attached garage gives you extra storage and convenience.
The 18 hole golf course designed by Gordon Lewis was recently renovated with tife eagle greens. There is also newly refurbished clay tennis courts, grills, heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, full service clubhouse with golf pro shop, restaurant, bar-grill, and more.
Enjoy shopping at the nearby Miromar Outlet mall, the upscale Promenade, or Tanger Outlets. There is also a movie theater a couple of miles away. Downtown Naples is a short twenty-five minute drive, with numerous restaurants, great shopping, and more.
