This new luxury townhome is in downtown Winter Park. This townhome is ideally located just a short stroll from all the shops and restaurants of Winter Park. The "FREE" shuttle to the ski area is just in front of the town home. The shuttle runs every half hour during ski season.
This spacious, three-level, 1737-square-foot townhouse, with two-car garage, includes everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The main floor consists of a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and the main floor master suite. The master suite has a custom-made, king-size, lodge pole bed and its own private bathroom. There are two balconies off the main level. The large balcony off the front has a table and chair for outdoor relaxation, while the smaller balcony off the dining area has a Weber grill for the barbecue chef.
Upstairs are two private suites each with their own private bathrooms. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on this level. The fourth bedroom has a cozy feel and is located on the garden level. This bedroom has bunk beds with a pull-out trundle. This arrangement should suit youngsters or the daring adult. There is also a community bathroom with a shower on the garden level.
