Villa Mariposa features a grand sala with two corner sofa beds, game table and entertainment center, round palapa dining room seating eight, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, elegant queen-size air-conditioned bedroom opening to covered view and pool terrace with wet bar. The master suite's garden shower is also accessed from the powder room. Beautiful original artwork and expansive views of jungle, village, and ocean enhance this hilltop home only a five-to-ten-minute walk to the main beach and village center.
Casita Mariposa is an air-conditioned studio apartment with full kitchenette, shower bath, walk-in closet, queen-size bed, and single sofa bed, with its own private view terrace. The laundry room is easily accessed by guests in the villa and casita.
Lola provides housekeeping service three mornings per week with a change of linens mid week. Simon maintains Mariposa's gardens, pool, and terraces. Because the pool is open to the dining room, sala, and master suite, it is reserved for guests of the villa.
Complete privacy exists for guests who rent either the casita or the villa. While each is luxurious for one couple, the casita comfortably sleeps three; the villa is comfortable for four. All the amenities of home plus the beauty of the jungle, ocean, and sky scapes of the Mexican Riviera await you in both the Villa and Casita Mariposa in the beautiful village of Sayulita, Nayarit.
[Due to several patio areas with drop-offs up to 20' and open access to pool from living areas of villa, we cannot accommodate very young children. No smoking in the villa or casita please.]

This place makes yo feel like a RockStar. The huge infinity pool, and Terrace have amazing views. The house is perfectly layed out so that you have great views throughout. The caretakers leave a huge basket of fruit that we sampled the whole time we were there. You literally sit above the edge of town, and can walk down into the city in 5 minutes. Not pictured is the huge Master Bathroom with a Garden shower, very cool. Huge custom Kitchen to cook in, or hang out in. Very private relaxing place, for 2 or a whole family ! There's an additional Casita on the lower level for rent as well. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
