This completely updated home with beautiful furnishings and luxe linens has everything you need in your home-away-from-home. With granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms along with travertine marble flooring throughout, this home sleeps four comfortably in the king-size master bedroom and two twins beds in the second bedroom and up to two more on the sleep sofa in the main living area. The master bath has two separate sink areas and a marble shower and jet/whirlpool tub. The second full bath has a very large marble walk-in shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need. A washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs outside the bedrooms. Cable TV has been installed in both bedrooms and also in main living area.

Enjoy unlimited FREE tennis for two adults and up to two children on one of the ten Har-Tru clay courts or set up private lessons with the pro! Play golf on one of 40 fantastic golf courses within the Sarasota, Bradenton area or just lounge around at the large, heated, junior Olympic-size pool (maximum depth of four-foot six-inches), ideal for children. Take a short drive or a leisurely walk to the lovely, white, sugar-sandy beach or just relax in your private, screen-covered lanai with a cool drink and watch one of our breathtaking sunsets. Be sure to take a daily stroll through the nature preserve on our lighted boardwalk. Have dinner at any of Longboat's wonderful restaurants or dine in using the full kitchen.

Longboat Key is on the West Coast of Florida, near Sarasota and one hour south of Tampa. Sought-after Longboat Key has some of the most unspoiled beaches in the area. Longboat boasts some of the wealthiest residents and finest restaurants in the Sarasota area.

From our home, it is a matter of minutes to Saint Armand's Circle, a shopping paradise. Longboat Key is a ten-mile-long barrier island attached at each end by a bridge to the mainland. If you would like to go to theme parks - we are one hour from Busch Gardens of Tampa Bay or two-and-a-half hours from Disney and Universal Studios. Galleries, museums, and live theater are within a 25-minute drive.
