We're located on the 20th floor, it's quite LARGE AT 55 sq METERS (about 600sq ft) - the size of many two bedroom condos in Manila! It's COMPLETELY RENOVATED from floor to ceiling! New beds, new bathroom, new kitchen, new paint, furniture, everything! It offers a partial city view, and one of the coolest features is going to bed - turning out the lights - and seeing the city spread before you as you recline in our luxurious Queen size bed. It's clean, comfortable, and one of the nicest units in the building - and the location is perfect!
Please remember - Manila is a BIG city - and while you can't beat the sunsets over the bay in the Malate area - most travelers tell us that they found Makati to have more attractions, shopping, culture and other amenities they were looking for. All these things are just steps away from our condo!

Why the Owner Chose Manila
Having lived and worked in Asia for more than a decade, I wanted a way that we could introduce folks to these lovely islands and their people. At first it was just a project for family and friends - but now we can see that there are so many people coming to Manila - and if we could, we'd love to take care of all of you!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The thing is that there are not many "high value" holiday homes in the Philippines. Either you stay at a 5 star resort - and pay hundreds of dollars per night - - or you stay in some dump that's about as big as a van - and sleep with cockroaches, cracked walls, cold water showers, and smelly furniture - and still pay 40 to 60 bucks a night!
My wife and I wanted to offer our guests a quality condo suite - at a very reasonable price. Ours is the most elegant and well appointed condo for the money in Manila - that's why we call it the best hospitality value in the Philippines.
