This historic cottage, originally constructed in the 1930s, is just what most people envision a beach house to be. Charming, cozy, and well appointed, our house has a warmth and beauty that will keep you coming back. Constructed before the current building codes, our house was built just off the sand, not on high stilts as is required today. This house has the charm of an original Florida beach house and the modern amenities and updates that keep you comfortable.
Wash away your worries as you relax on your own private pool deck, overlooking the bright blue ocean. Take a walk on the white sandy beach, as pelicans fly overhead. And experience the warm crystal clear surf crashing softly over your ankles. The warm sunshine, sun bathers, and palm trees just add to your Indian Rocks experience. There is everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay in sunny Florida. Our house is just minutes from shopping, fine restaurants, and all of Florida's favorite attractions.

I found this place 2 years ago after searching for HOURS. I have 4 boys-8,17,20 & 23. After 3 days there the first time, the boys asked if we could come back. The summer of 2011 will be our 3rd time and I plan on going back every year until I can't go anymore. PERFECT for a TRUE vacation-do nothing but lounge and enjoy the BEAUTIFUL view and total PRIVACY. You have the pool to yourself and a little piece of heaven. I don't know if they updated the photo but they now have a cabana on the deck with a better bar area than the Tiki bar. The owners are so very nice and always available for any questions or whatever you might need. I hated to write a review, love this secret getaway!!
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
