  My five-year old son and I stayed at this fantastic condo over Memorial Day weekend, and I cannot say enough great things about the condo, the owners and the location. First, the condo has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Secondly, the location is incredible. It really is about 75-yards to the high-speed lift at the base of Peak 9. Plus, it is right on the river with immediate access to hiking trails (and a lot of rock throwing into the water if you are 5). Additionally, the pool/hot tubs are directly across the street and staffed by an attendent who spent the entire time making sure the pool areas were spotless (i.e., this wasn't some teenager on their cell phone the whole time). Finally, you can be at the corner of Park and Main St. in the heart of town in about five-minutes (significantly less if you are not with a rock-throwing toddler). I didn't take my car out of the underground parking garage once the entire weekend. Finally, the communication with the owners went above and beyond. They even called to make sure we arrived safely!!! When we go back to Breck, we WILL be staying at this place... absolutely perfect!!

  What a great time we had. Breckenridge is a lot of fun and the condo at Powderhorn was great. Clint and Sarah have done a wonderful job and we really appreciate your making it available to us. As described, the lift is about a 75 yard walk but coming back you can practically ski into the garage. You don't realize how important that is until you've skied all day and it's only about 20 yds back to the warm, comfortable condo. Thank you so much. David, Kath and Joe

  My husband & I stayed here March 8-12 with our daughter & her husband. This condo was perfect & is exactly as described. We found it clean as a whistle & in pristine condition. You really can walk right out the door to Quicksilver Lift and lovely Maggie Lake. You can also easily walk to town, as we did to Mi Casa the first night. If you stay here you really don't even need to move your car from the underground garage unless you need to go to the grocery store. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. We especially appreciated the indoor ski & boot storage area and the many hooks in each room for damp pants, jackets, gloves, caps, etc. The queen bed was SOO comfortable. It is great having a 2nd bathroom if you have kids or another couple sleeping on the sleeper sofa. We also enjoyed "jacuzzin" in the large & clean hot tubs a short walk away. The owner Clint is very, very helpful & nice to do business with. We would most DEFINITELY recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

  We stayed here for our first family ski vacation with young children. We could not have had a better experience. Clint was very easy to deal with. The location was very convenient to ski school, lifts and town. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you could need. It had great views of the mountain/lifts and a nice layout. If we come back to Breckenridge skiing, we would definitely stay here again.

  My Wife and I have stayed here the last two years for 2+ weeks during ski season. The location is great, just a short 5 min. walk to the Quicksilver lift and close to Main Street. The accommodations are nice and you feel at home. Clint is a gracious host, so much so that last year when I-70 was closed due to a blizzard, Clint called and offered to let us stay until the interstate was reopened. Luckily, we were able to leave on time....Thanks Clint! We will be returning this year!

  We just spent a week at Clint & Sarah's condo with our 14 year old son. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. We couldn't have had a better time. The location is the best of both worlds - pristine & quiet wooded setting by the stream, yet minutes around the corner to shopping and restaurants. Clint & Sarah were extremely helpful and gracious. We highly recommend this property. Have been coming to Breck for 20 years and this condo is a perfect summer spot! Highly recommend for winter too, as there is plenty of room to hang coats and store boots & ski equipment in the entryway. Plus the lift is so close. We hope to be back soon.   Condo worked great for us. Easy walk to slopes and great view. Loved the extra full bath and washer/dryer in condo. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Clean and more than met our expectations, Would stay there again.

  My family stayed at Clint and Sarah's condo the week of New Years. We were extremely impressed with every part of it, from the heated garage with an elevator that takes you nearly to your condo door, to the cleanliness of each room, to the decor. It was so comfortable and easy to relax knowing you had everything you needed, including a humidifier and sled! The picture windows give you great views of the Peak 9 base lift, and we easily walked with our young children to drop them at ski school and then hit the slopes. You can easily return home for lunch each day. The pictures of the exterior of the property do not do it justice - fresh paint and rock work, it was easily one of the nicest complexes we saw. Even with young children we were able to walk to Main street for dinner and shopping. We hope to return here many times and highly recommend this property. Thank you Clint!

  My husband and I returned on March 19 from a week's stay at Clint's condo in Breckenridge. His online description fits the place perfectly. The condo was spacious and beautifully furnished. It had all the kitchen stuff and bed and bath linens we needed and then some! The location was ideal both for skiing and for shopping in town. The views from the living and dining room windows were impressive of the mountains and the stately, snow covered pine trees. Our stay was a restful and enjoyable experience and we skied a lot... The parking in the covered garage was helpful because we had a few days with lots of snow. Clint himself is a gracious and helpful person--every question we had was promptly answered. Thank you, Clint for a memorable spring break vacation:)
