Condo worked great for us. Easy walk to slopes and great view. Loved the extra full bath and washer/dryer in condo. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Clean and more than met our expectations, Would stay there again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My family stayed at Clint and Sarah's condo the week of New Years. We were extremely impressed with every part of it, from the heated garage with an elevator that takes you nearly to your condo door, to the cleanliness of each room, to the decor. It was so comfortable and easy to relax knowing you had everything you needed, including a humidifier and sled! The picture windows give you great views of the Peak 9 base lift, and we easily walked with our young children to drop them at ski school and then hit the slopes. You can easily return home for lunch each day. The pictures of the exterior of the property do not do it justice - fresh paint and rock work, it was easily one of the nicest complexes we saw. Even with young children we were able to walk to Main street for dinner and shopping. We hope to return here many times and highly recommend this property. Thank you Clint!

My husband and I returned on March 19 from a week's stay at Clint's condo in Breckenridge. His online description fits the place perfectly. The condo was spacious and beautifully furnished. It had all the kitchen stuff and bed and bath linens we needed and then some! The location was ideal both for skiing and for shopping in town. The views from the living and dining room windows were impressive of the mountains and the stately, snow covered pine trees. Our stay was a restful and enjoyable experience and we skied a lot... The parking in the covered garage was helpful because we had a few days with lots of snow. Clint himself is a gracious and helpful person--every question we had was promptly answered. Thank you, Clint for a memorable spring break vacation:)

My wife and I stayed six nights in early Jan 2010. This is a first-class condo with all of the amenities needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is clean and neat and very well furnished. The kitchen is especially nice with everything required - just buy your groceries, and you are ready to go!! The condo is conveniently located within short walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift and downtown. The owner (Clint Randolf) is easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

Just returned from a week in Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time. The skiing was great. The Randolph's condo was Perfect, could not ask for more. Great location just steps from the base of peak 9 and all it's amenaties and a short walk to the heart of Main St. The condo had everything we needed and was in great shape, and to top it off Clint called to make sure everything was going well (I missed the call but it's nice to know that he truly cared and wanted to make sure we had the best vaction posible). Thanks again Clint for everything. We will be back to Breck and you will be our first call when we are planing our next trip. Dan & Theresa

My wife and two boys, ages 14 and 18, had a wonderful experience staying at the Randolph's condo during our spring break 2008. Great access to the slopes and to downtown. We had plenty of room in this quality unit. I would highly recommend!

The Breckenridge Music Festival would like to commend Clint and Sarah for maintaining one of the nicest one-bedroom condominiums, Powderhorn 303A, in the Town of Breckenridge. We utilize over twenty condos over the summer months of July and August and Powderhorn 303A is easily one of the best units of the lot. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I had a delightful one week plus stay at the Randolph's condominium. It is THE perfect location, a short walk to the lifts and a short walk to the very center of Breckenridge (and its shops and restaurants). Even with a heated garage, we only used the car once during our whole visit (to go to the grocery store). The condo itself is great -- very nicely furnished, a view of the mountains, and it had everything we needed (even the small, but important things, like a humidifier). Strongly recommended to anyone -- just please don't reserve it when we want to rent it again! Mark Petri

My family just returned from staying at Clint and Sarah's condo in Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed - lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, storage room for our luggage, internet access, 2 T.V.'s - and best of all - the location to the slopes and Children's Village Ski School. It took no time at all to get our 5 and 7 year old to ski school each morning. And my husband LOVED that he could see all the activity at the Quicksilver Lift first thing in the morning. It made us all move faster to hit the slopes. Super close to town, lots of great places to eat. Loved the Swiss House restaurant, as well as Bubba Gump. Had fun shopping too (my boys loved the toy store in town). Lots of wonderful memories. Clint called while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Can't beat that for customer service! We were there from March 17 - March 24, 2007.

Powderhorn A303 is more than a resort condo…it’s a lovely, well maintained, quiet and comfortable home outfitted with everything we needed. The fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, barbeque grill and heated garage were several amenities that were particularly appreciated. We were also glad to have high speed internet access. The base of Peak 9 is out the back door, with shops and town a short walk away. On top of all of this, there is a great view of the mountain! Clint and Sarah were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the condo for four days at the end of May. Everything about the condo at Powderhorn was just wonderful. Great location, beautiful furnishings, perfect view! Great hiking trails along the river are just a few steps away from the condos front door. Can't wait to visit again...hopefully next time during ski season!!

Had a great stay at the condo over the Christmas Holiday. The number one feature was the location. With a just a quick walk to the Quicksilver lift, it would be hard to get any closer.

We just got back from Breckenridge and stayed in Clint and Sarah's condo for 5 nights. It was just great. When we arrived everything was very clean and very well organized. We loved the view of the lift and the mountains. The location was also terrific. You could walk into town very easily. The size of the condo was perfect and it was nice having 2 bathrooms. We definitely hope to come back.

FABULOUS! This was our first trip to Breckenridge and could not have chosen a more premier Peak 9 location. This condo is so roomy,comfortable and beautifully appointed. It's million dollar view allows you to monitor the QuickSilver Lift. Close to ski school and a super short walk to Main Street. We stayed over New Years weekend and had a great time. Clint's condo is larger and set up better than any other 1 bedroom we've rented. The location is fabulous. You can walk out and be on the lift within minutes, and see how long the lift lines are from the living room window. It was so comfortable, I really didn't want to go back home. We will definitly be back and highly recommend it to anyone.

I live in Breckenridge and needed a nice place for my parents. I contacted Clint to get more information. He was very nice and friendly. His unit is outstanding and very large for a 1 bedroom 2 full bath unit. It has great views of the breck ski runs and the Ten Mile Range. My parents were very satisfied and will return year after year.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Clint and Sarah's wonderful condo. We found it very comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. The description doesn't do justice to the view - being able to wake up each morning and check out the activity at the lift from our windows was superb. Our family all took ski lessons while we were there, and the location just couldn't have been better for us. Clint was very helpful in answering my many questions, and make suggestions for things to see and do and places to eat. We plan to come back someday!

This was a fantastic rental. Clint and Sarah have a really nice condo here - all the comforts of home! Laundry in the unit is convenient, and the elevator from the parking garage is a great bonus. Very comfortable - a short walk to and from the lift, as well as to and from Main Street. Clint was easy to work with - highly recommended!
