Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: I purchased this as a second home in 2003. I now spend more time with my children and grandchildren and have decided to make this available for the first time as a vacational rental to others on a part time basis
Why the Owner Chose Dunedin: I love to golf and had already joined Dunedin Golf Club. When this home became available directly on the golf course I convinced my wife that it was the place for us. I love being able to step out my back door and just tee it up. particularly during the sunset hours when one can have the course virtually to themselves.
The Unique Benefits at this House: Living at the Dunedin Golf Club has many benefits. You do not have to be a member to play (although you must pay greens fees) and the restaurant is available to all. Also we love being so close to 'Delightful Downtown Dunedin' with its regular events and fantastic restaurants as well as to Palm Harbor.
