  We were lucky enough to come back to visit Amelia Island and stay at this condo again. The condo had been updated with a beautiful new sofa and dishwasher. It was as clean and lovely as we remembered from last year. We visited the beautiful beach and sparkling clean pool daily. We saw dolphins, crabs and fish at the beach. What a treat! Also, we had family "movie" night each night watching a DVD from the selections provided. It was nice to have the family in the same room and enjoying time together. We played board games and had an old fashioned good time together. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  "Girlfriends Week" @ the Beach was wonderful! We love coming to Amelia Island! We come every summer! We love eating at the Crab Trap & new fave Karibou . Our stay @ your home was lovely. We loved the Turtles in the dunes ! We had loads of fun on the beach & picking up shells!Loved the artwork !! We esp.loved finding the Bible in the bedroom.Thank you for sharing your blessings.   My family and I just experienced the best vacation in a very long time at this quaint condo in Summer Beach. The decor of the condo was soothing, beachy and very clean. It had natural lighting, views of the beautiful trees in every window. The condo had everything that you would need from towels to saran wrap. It had it all! The walk to the beach is lovely passing the sand dunes inhabited by the turtle family. My son was thrilled to watch the "daddy" turtle walking down the walkway. The beach is just beautiful. We were lucky to see the dolphins pass several times. The location is perfect to get to any part of the island. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us. We hope we can make another visit some day.

Reservations will be considered confirmed upon return of of this ( AGREEMENT) and is approved by Barry and Cindy Shelor (OWNERS) by whom signature signed or printed appears below (GUEST) at the location of 5010 Summer Beach Blvd. Amelia Island Florida (UNIT). Confirmation of approval (APPROVED) will be the desired attempt to collect and secure the Deposit or Balance by the Owners with in 72 hours of receipt of this agreement.The reservation deposit is 50%. A reservation will not be awarded until owners approve agreement. Failure to respond to collection of deposit or balance by guest within 72 hours will voided agreement. Owners will notify guest of dis-approval of agreement. 2. Cancellation-All days start with the arrival date stated below being 3:00 PM . If reservation is canceled before 35 days of arrival date a refund of any funds collected will be returned less $30.00. If reservation is canceled within 34 days of arrival date there will be no refund- unless the unit can be rented either by some or all of said dates listed on this contract, in which case a refund of some or all funds will be returned less $30.00. 3. Final payment 50% will include balance, 11% State and Local Tax and a $110.00 Exit Cleaning fee and must be paid at least 35 days before arrival. Security deposit damage to the unit for possible ,including, contents theft ,lost keys and gate pass,smoke extraction,stain removal,lock out and include any extra fee owners incur including extra time spent by housekeeping during cleaning that was done during the arrival and departure date stated below .These services include a minimum $50.00 labor per hour and cost that is incured by owner through site manager and cleaner. Inspection will be done with in 24 hours of check out . A charge of $30.00 over cost will be billed for each Movie ,Game ,Etc ,watched on Pay Per View or On Demand provided through Comcast Cable TV.Gate pass replacement $60.00,Key $40.00 No refunds for early departure-unless the State of Florida issues a state wide or local area evacuation. 4. No Pets allowed - No Smoking Indoors - The TOTAL NUMBER of GUEST occupying must not EXCEED 6 (SIX) - No loud music or noise - No under age drinking. If any of the above violations are found you may be asked to leave with no refund. 5. A strict check in time of 3:00 p.m. and a strict check out time of 10:00 a.m. are imperative to give our cleaning staff time to get ready for the next guest.
