Summer Beach Village is a wonderful, quaint area of Summer Beach Resort. It consists of beach cottages, homes, and townhomes all situated ocean side in a private setting. This gated community is patrolled by security 24 hours a day and is perfect for quiet, family style vacations. Our beautiful poolside townhome sits about twenty five yards from the pool. Just up from the pool and across the courtyard is the beach, which is a ninety second walk from the front door with no streets to cross.
In our townhome we provide linens, bath towels, two beach umbrellas along with six beach chairs and there is cable in each room.
There are two bedrooms on the upper level and each has its own bathroom.The spacious master with its king bed was once described as "waking up in a tree house" since it overlooks the pool and the beautiful wind swept Oaks. Additionally, the second bedroom sports a queen bed. Lastly, the third bedroom is on the entry level and has a trundle or day bed, which can sleep two either together or seperate.
While staying on Amelia Island you may want to visit Historic Centre Street along the water front, take in a round of golf, eat with the locals at T-Rays or schedule a spa treatment at the five star Ritz Carlton just up the Beach!
Whether your favorite activities are laying on the Beach or finding that best crab cake you've ever had; we are confident that you will find our townhome, located in the beautiful Summer Beach Resort to be clean, spacious, and attractive.

"Girlfriends Week" @ the Beach was wonderful! We love coming to Amelia Island! We come every summer! We love eating at the Crab Trap & new fave Karibou . Our stay @ your home was lovely. We loved the Turtles in the dunes ! We had loads of fun on the beach & picking up shells!Loved the artwork !! We esp.loved finding the Bible in the bedroom.Thank you for sharing your blessings. My family and I just experienced the best vacation in a very long time at this quaint condo in Summer Beach. The decor of the condo was soothing, beachy and very clean. It had natural lighting, views of the beautiful trees in every window. The condo had everything that you would need from towels to saran wrap. It had it all! The walk to the beach is lovely passing the sand dunes inhabited by the turtle family. My son was thrilled to watch the "daddy" turtle walking down the walkway. The beach is just beautiful. We were lucky to see the dolphins pass several times. The location is perfect to get to any part of the island. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us. We hope we can make another visit some day.

We had a great week at your place in Amelia Island! The kids loved it. There is a Carolina Wren nesting in the potted plant just outside the door. It has 5 eggs in it.We hope to be able to visit again sometime. Everything was clean and in good shape.

Great Week ,little cold but a lot colder north , fished ,played some golf ,shopped ,the kids found sharks teeth and beat grand dad at putt -putt . All in all very nice . Enjoyed your home ,had everything we needed ,comfort ,warmth and family. Thompson - Reading PA
