Our spacious and beautiful,Poolside Townhome is located in the Resort of Summer Beach,boasting amenities such as Golf,Tennis,Bike trails a Beach Club and the Five Star Ritz Carlton.Summer Beach Village is gated and has twenty four hour roving security. No streets to cross.
Our townhome is truly very nice,we provide linens ,bath towels,starters on paper and soap,along with six beach chairs and two beach umbrellas . Crossing your fingers upon arriving is not necessary , we fill you will be pleased with its comfort and location. Nestled among the wind blown Oaks our Town House sits pool side ,from the pool the beach is up the steps and across the walkway. Sitting on our deck reading a book or grilling a burger you can hear the waves crashing the shore,calling you for another day.
Along with your stay at Summer Beach Village you may want to do nothing or everything, such as visiting Historic Centre Street along the water front. With its Specialty shoppes, ice cream parlors, Fine Restaurants, and a Homemade Fudge Shoppe, it makes for a great day of relaxing and shopping. If Fishing is your thing, there are several Captains located on the Waterfront to take you out to catch the fish of your dreams.
Play golf? Bring your clubs if you have been itching to break 80 then head to some of the finest golf courses on the East Coast. (some nationally ranked) such as North Hampton, The Royal Amelia Golf Links,The Fernandina Beach Golf Club,Osprey Cove,The Golf Club of Amelia and The TPC at Sawgrass home of the Players Championship.

I have not written before this as I think my heart and brain are still in Amelia Island and who knows how long before we are reunited? We had an absolutely divine stay at your lovely condo,it could not have been more perfect.I am already scheming on ways to return.The condo itself was so comfortable we felt we were home,and we all slept so well - no insominia for a change.Thank you for sharing it and we will plan to return as soon as we can. A great visit to Amelia.Lots of sun despite some cool weather. We saw all the nearby sites Cumberland ,Jekyll Islands , The Zoo , Big Shoals Ga ,all the state parks.Had great food at 29 Eats Beech Street Grill especially and pastries at Gourmet Gourmet. All enjoyed Amelia. We discovered how to find the elusive lighthouse.Ate lots of gatortail,gumbo,fried green tomatoes &fresh seafood.Enjoyed the collection of movies. Drove to St Simons,St Augustine,Jacksonville,St Marys and rode the ferry to Cumberland Island where we saw the ruins and lots of wild horses.
