This lovely ocean view, three story home sits right on the beach on Oahu's sunny south shore.
Aina Haina Beach, located between Kahala and Hawaii Kai, is within easy driving distance in one direction to Hanauma Bay and Sea Life Park, and in the other direction, shopping and dining at Kahala Mall and the Kahala Resort.
Nightlife, fine dining, oodles of shopping and art galleries, torch lighting and hula dancing (and much, much more) at a variety of locations in Waikiki, are just a 10-15 minute drive from this property.
The main level of this property features: Three bedrooms (including one of two master bedrooms), three bathrooms, living/lounge room, an office nook with high speed internet connection, kitchen and dining area (table for 12).
The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a private bathroom which includes jacuzzi and a private entrance.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, garden view and shares a bathroom with bedroom three.
Bedroom three has a queen bed, ceiling fan, an oceanview and shares the bathroom with bedrooms two.
Bedrooms four and five are located on top/third level of house, share a bathroom and have 2 twin beds each. The studio - located above the garage, has a private bathroom and a double/full size bed.
Bedrooms seven and eight are located on lower level/downstairs portion of house. Both of these bedrooms are oceanview. Seven is the second master bedroom and contains a king bed and a private bathroom. Eight, with a queen bed, is located next to the TV room (TV room has a sleeper sofa). There is also a kitchenette with a dining table that seats six, and a Ping-Pong table in the recreation room.
Enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the sway of the palm trees and perhaps even catch a glimpse of dolphins, schools of fish or whales from the back yard.
This is the perfect property for a family get together/reunion or a corporate retreat.
And, if you really want to get away from it all, we offer a multitude of services, such as chef/cook service, housekeeping, pre-provisioning (have your favourite drinks and pupus chilling in the refrigerator - awaiting your arrival) and much more!

We chose this property for our family vacation for a destination wedding. The wedding location was just two doors down from this house, which worked out so well. We brought all our immediate family (15 total). This house was spacious and perfectly accommodated our needs. It is right on the beach, which was semi private. The ocean is not deep behind the house and was sheltered by a sandbar so the kids could play with no fear of a drop off or undertow. I would recommend this home to any family looking to enjoy all Hawaii has to offer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Rates
$850/night year round for up to 10 occupants. Additional occupants will be $55.00 per person,per night. MUST INQUIRE regarding additional occupants and based on case by case situation. Holiday rate applies. Rates plus 15.64% accommodations tax, $2,000 refundable security deposit and $650.00 departure cleaning fee plus 1% reservation fee. Note: If a credit card is used there will be 3% charge from you deposit Please inquire for more information regarding addtional occupant as it may result in additional cost for arrangements and departure cleaning.
