Owner info
Year Purchased: 1979
About the owner: We are original shareholders of Keystone International which is the reason we have the transferable ski passes.
Why the Owner Chose Point Dillon:
We purchased our condominium primarily because we fell in love with the views from the family room and master bedroom. The unit is located adjacent to Lake Dillon the south wall is primarily glass so, unless you lower the blinds, your view is exclusively the lake, mountains and sky. The underground parking, indoor pool and hot tub were also factors in our decision.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Biking on the hard-surfaced bike trail (adjacent to the condominium) to Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone provides great views and good exercise. Upon returning, enjoy the hot tub with a water feature.
