You will wake each morning hearing the beautiful Singing Birds & feeling relaxed from your peaceful nights rest from no shared walls, no one walking overhead or busy traffic sounds. Start each day in your own private yard filled with many beautiful Tropical Plants and when in season there are Fruit-producing Trees for you to enjoy.
You will have room to move around in as the home is 1,666' sq feet and features a great room with vaulted ceilings with overhead fans in most rooms. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths; the master suite includes a walk-in closet, dual sinks in the bath and a private lanai, and is set off from the other two bedrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and plenty of cupboard space.
For your entertainment there are two TVs; a 40' and 19' flat screen both w/DVD players, CD player and free High Speed WI-FI for your laptop. There is plenty of Beach Gear provided for your enjoyment. Close to Kailua-Kona Village (4.7 miles), Keauhou Shopping Center & minutes from world class beaches, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, and scuba diving and championship golf courses.

Our family of 5 chose this vacation rental because of its location, privacy and spectacular views for our 10 day Hawaiian vacation. We found the description of the property to be extremely accurate and we were very happy when we walked through the doors! The owners provided us with great customer service. So thankful that they provided snorkel gear and body boards considering we spent most of our time at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The new kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. A big hit for our kids was being able to pick and eat some of the fruit from the many trees on the property. One of our favorite moments was a bbq on the back lanai and watching an amazing sunset and stargazing! I would recommend this property to all of my family and friends. Keauhou Shopping Center up Alii Drive offered up many dining and shopping options. We really enjoyed our dinner at Bianelli's, the calzones are HUGE. One of the friendly locals told us that the KTA Superstore had the malasadas we were raving to our kids about.....mmmmm! Already planning our next trip back!

About: Aloha! We are Cathe and Jeff the home owners of Hale CJ Kona Kai. We were both raised and currently live in WA State. However, the Pacific Northwest is a beautiful state with a lot to offer we long for the warmth of the aqua water, sandy beaches and ever present sunshine. We fell in love with the Big Island because there is so much to see and do here. So many great beaches and the Volcano is really something to see, you don't want to miss that and the snorkeling is the BEST!
Why Private Homes:
We choose this property mainly because of the spectacular ocean view and expansive yard full of tropical fruit trees. Also because it’s far enough away from traffic noise, yet within close distance to two of the best local beaches in Kailua-Kona.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our home is situated so it has a private setting with expansive ocean view with gorgeous sunsets. You'll hear tropical breezes rustle the palm trees and at times hear the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The neighborhood is newer, but still has that tropical look and feel to it.
