  This was a wonderful condo! The location on the first floor and very close access to the pool is ideal for families with kids (I have a 1 year old and 4 year old). You can sit on the patio of the condo and watch the kids swim in the pool. Forget something in the condo? Not to worry, it is so close to the center of everything it is easy to go back and grab things. Perfect when you have little ones running around. The condo has everything you would need (umbrellas, chairs, high chair, kids toys, etc) The condo is well maintained and very spacious. The windows that look out to the water are floor to ceiling which allows a great view. It makes you feel like you are outside! Many of the people at the condo are owners so the property is very well maintained. Although it is further down on the beach, I prefer this location. Walking distance to the park, JB's Fish Camp and Canaveral National Seashore (a must see if you have never been). Rosemary was wonderful at answering my questions and was available when I contacted her during my stay. I would highly recommend this condo. I look forward to renting again next year!

  My family and I had a wonderful month in your condo. It had everything anyone could possibly need to enjoy their time at the beach. We loved the convenience of the first floor and the close proximity to the pool was great. The condo is furnished in a very cozy manner. Even being there during tropical storm Sandy, we were very comfortable and felt very safe and secure. Chadham by the Sea and your condo are very clean and well maintained and I would recommend it to all.

  The condo was exactly as described in the rental listing. Everything needed was available ( beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooking pans, kitchen utensils, high chair,etc) with all items provided in great condition. This is a fantastic place that has been well maintained. There are many attractions nearby but just sitting on the beach and watching the dolphins swimming by was fun. We also visited the downtown area and found some nice shops and art studios as well as spending a day at SeaWorld. Rosemary, thank you for providing a wonderful place and, hopefully, we will be in contact soon to make future reservations. Well worth the price. Only regret is that we did not reserve the unit for two weeks.

  the condo was great, well equipped! the only complaint was made by grandma, she would have liked a better broom and dust pan...something I don't worry too much about on vacation:) especially enjoyed by children of all ages, being next to the pool (which was nice and warm) and steps to the beach!

  We stayed here for a nearby family wedding last fall, and we found this condo to be *perfect* in every way for our group. We came here from several different areas of the country and were all able to easily find this rental. Several of us had small children and the location was perfect as we were right next to the pool and just feet from the ocean. I took early morning walks with my niece and her friend and, one lucky morning we had the good luck to see baby turtles hatching! That was the experience of a lifetime for the girls. We were close enough to Disney for a day trip to visit the parks and had plenty of other activities for everyone nearby. I, personally, had a blast at the outlets in St. Augustine and the farm/flea market in Daytona Beach. The unit itself had more than everything we needed for our week long stay. We ate in most of the time, but did go out to some very nice restaurants a couple of nights. The owner needs to post updated photos as the unit has been redecorated since these pictures with new paint and new furniture. The unit is lovely! Our stay here really spoiled my sister. it was her first stay in a vacation rental and now she wants to find others exactly like it in other places. I'm having difficulty finding anything similar as this was the perfect vacation rental for a small extended family. If we go back to visit my brother and his new wife, we'll definitely want to stay here again.
