THE MAIN HOUSE (new 2011)
The 4500 sq. ft. main house is designed to provide comfort, eloquence, and practicality for all ages. Our main floor with 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry, and 2 bathrooms is convenient for seniors. The kitchen nook surrounded by bay windows beside the well-stocked kitchen invites you to hang out there. The upper theater room and the downstairs living room give opportunity for groups to relax and fellowship, play games, or watch TV. The home has all the amenities including, WiFi, 3 large screen TV's, W/D, plus AC to assure you of a comfortable sleep at night.
EXPANSION FOR 2015
We have completed doubling the size of our living/great room in the main house to seat larger groups. Secondly, our new 2 bedroom cabin is completed as well. We will be updating our photos in the near future.
The main house has 2 very large master bedroom suites with private bathrooms attached. The lower master has a walk-out private courtyard, with a flower bed of roses to enjoy. The upper master is also spacious with its own private bathroom plus a walk-out deck to take in the fabulous mountain scenery and sunrise. Another bedroom has a double door walk-out that opens onto our incredible deck, where you are greeted with a beautiful sunrise coming over the mountain. The fourth bedroom has a sitting area with a bay window overlooking the back yard and pool room area. The fifth bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, computer desk and piano. The theater room is set up to be used as a 6th optional bedroom with a new pull-out sofa bed with an air mattress for added comfort.
POOL-SIDE GUEST HOUSE--1100 sq.ft, Completely Remodeled
Our 2 bedroom pool-side guest house has a very large sized loft bedroom, full kitchen, dining room and full bathroom. The living room serves as the second lock out bedroom. This guest house is equipped with a flat screen TV, AC, W/D and cooking ware. We have just completed a total remodel; new carpet, new kitchen/bathroom cabinets w/ high grade counter tops, new paint and new appliances-very nice.
CABINS IN THE PINES
We have two cabins in the pines (short walk from the main house). One cabin is a 1 bedroom with 1 queen and two twins. (sleeps 4). The new 2 bedroom with a heated shower room has 1 King, 1 queen plus 2 twin beds (sleeps 6).The cabins will have AC for your added comfort. There is a fire pit and picnic tables set up adjacent to the cabins.
We have added an on-site RV camping stall equipped with power and water for guests of those renting the main house. There is a fire pit and picnic table as well in the pine trees adjacent to the cabin.
HEATED INDOOR POOL (1200 sq. ft.)
The private heated indoor pool attached to the end of the guest house/garage building is also closely associated to the main house. The pool holds 10,000 gal of water and goes from 3 ft to 6 ft in depth. We keep it at 90 degrees year round so in a sense is a giant hot tub. The pool room has a sitting area at one end for moms to watch the kids play in the water.
PRIVACY FENCED YARD AND 3 ACRE MANICURED LAWN
There is lots of room outdoors for recreation or seating large gatherings for special events. Our main fenced back yard has BBQs, spacious patios, and sitting areas surrounded by extensive flower beds. There is a fire pit on a natural stone patio adjacent to a children's play area and the heated pool providing family fun for every age. We also have another fenced courtyard off the main floor master bedroom with a rose garden with a great view of the nearby mountains.
Quiet Time--We have 4 great neighbors who all live on 3 acre lots so we are not very close to each other. They have requested that we have a quiet hour not later than 11 pm. We respect their wishes so have implemented a 10 pm restriction on the pool and 11 pm on other outdoor activities.

We live part time in the separate mountain-view apartment over the garage. Our intention is to serve our guests well and to be on top of any maintenance issues. We have a separate entrance out the back so we will not interrupt your privacy.

Rates quoted on the website are for the 6 bedroom main house only (comfortable capacity 16, beds for 20). For larger groups add the 2 bedroom poolside guest house (sleeps 6-8) then add the 2 bedroom cabin (sleeps 6) and/or 1 bedroom cabin (sleeps 4) as required. In the summer months (June 15-Aug 25) the minimum rental is the main house plus the guest house.

NESTLE INN--Our large home with an indoor pool on 3 acres of land is nestled right up close to the Swan Mountains. We have breathtaking views of the ever changing mountains in the 4 seasons of the year. Enjoy the walk out decks where you can breathe in the panoramic views before you. Quite often you will see the local deer hanging around our property.
We are centrally located in the Flathead Valley near Kalispell (10 miles). Within a 40 minute drive we have 2 wonderful ski areas; Blacktail or Whitefish Mtn Resort. Within 20-40 minutes you can experience the spectacular Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, Swan Lake, Echo Lake or Whitefish Lake plus numerous other small lakes and rivers in our area. We love walking along Lake Blaine which is only a 1/2 mile away.
You will get to enjoy all the sites and sounds of Montana at its best. The deer, birds and other wildlife frequently wander onto our property curious to see who our latest guests are at NESTLE INN.
There is an abundant variety of recreation activities in the great outdoors awaiting the adventure seeker. Skiing, water sports, hiking, fishing, boating, mountain biking, snowmobiling, golfing, sight seeing or browsing all the gifts shops are very close at hand.

About the owner: Who are we? We are a fun-loving couple who have recently married after losing our spouses to health issues. David was born and raised on the family farm in Alberta, Canada, where he resided for most of his life. His love for helping people in need led him to become a Christian pastor and conference speaker; both David and Connie are presently involved in this. David and his family have owned property in the Flathead Valley for 20 years and have enjoyed skiing, golfing, and snowmobiling plus the great shopping. David owned a private airplane for most of this time and flew into Glacier Park International to enjoy their favorite getaway home. Connie has been a native to the Northwest United States, spending her growing up years in Idaho, California, Washington and the last 30 years as a resident of Kalispell. She has a son and daughter who are now attending college in Montana. Her love for people, music, art and serving is very apparent in all she does.
Why the Owner Chose Kalispell:
In search of a home in the country we wanted to find something that was close by our home town, Kalispell. We wanted a property with the flexibility of serving both vacationers and our friends to the Flathead Valley. Since Dave was raised on a family farm in rural Alberta and Connie in rural Idaho, we desired a place out in the country near a lake or in the mountains. We believe in family and wanted somewhere to host family reunions, or groups of friends to be together. We found this beautiful home with a large number of bedrooms, bathrooms and a separate guest house; it was perfect for us. Secondly, it is only a 1/2 mile walk to Lake Blaine and right next to the mountains. This home had something very peaceful about it, beckoning us to settle in here; hence, we are calling it 'THE NESTLE INN'. We love Montana and the Flathead Valley. Both Connie and I would not want to live anywhere else; there is so much to do with new adventures every day.
