This charming home is located within a walking distance from a beautiful beach in North Naples. Built in 2002 it has all amenities to let you relax and have a memorable vacation. Featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious formal dining area, this home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to eight. A separate game room has a pool table that converts to table tennis and a variety of casino style table games. A screened lanai with patio furniture opens to a deck with brand new heated pool and spa completed in 2005.

Master suite has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and beautifully appointed bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a third bedroom has two twins. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to the central air conditioning there is a fan in every room. In the garage you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Also included in your vacation is a parking pass to Florida State parks.
