First floor bedroom: beautiful room appointed with queen-size bed, DOWN COMFORTOR, HIGH QUALITY Mexican colonial style furnishings, HAND BLOWN GLASS WINDOWS, wing chair for reading or relaxing, and private bath with SEPARATE HIS AND HERS BATH VANITIES, dressing area with closets, shelves, toilet and combination shower/oversized hand-tiled soaking tub made with hand-painted tiles from Dolores Hildago. The bathroom is generously sized.
Living/Dining/Cooking: The public living area of the casita features a kitchen, open bar area for food preparation and eating, and is designed to allow all guests to visit and/or participate in meal preparation, conversation, TV watching, etc. From the living-room area, one can watch television, visit with people working in the kitchen, and view both the dining and the outdoor terrace/garden areas. The space is large enough to accomodate a substantial group of people or be intimate enough for two.
The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, gas oven/range, coffee pot, toaster and refrigerator/freezer and sink. Cookware and dinnerware are provided. The kitchen island can be used as a work space, a breakfast nook or a buffet table for a small party.
The dining area is adjacent to the outdoor terrace and was also designed for multiple purposes. In addition to indoor dining, the HEAVY MESQUITE WOOD TABLE makes a great work space where you can connect your laptop to broadband internet and the table makes a wonderful buffet table when dining out doors.
The outdoor terrace is intimate and secluded. A small corner fountain provides relaxing sounds while one sits in the outdoor seating area enjoying a cocktail or sitting at the outdoor dining table reading a book or enjoying a meal.

Maid service included two hours twice weekly as are all utilities (except phone charges). The owners of the property are on-site to provide you with assistance to all of your questions or problems. A bilingual house manager is also available. |
