The common area of this home, which consists of a fully furnished kitchen and very large living area are deliberately left open to enjoy nature and the ocean views to their fullest. The kitchen and bathroom have just been remodeled and decorated with beautiful Spanish tiles. The bathroom has hot water.

Three spacious bedrooms are furnished with fans and screens, and all linens. Weekly maid service is included.

It's the ideal getaway for a family vacation, reunion of old friends, or a romantic honeymoon.

The beach directly in front of the house is considered one of Costa Rica’s finest and if you surf, you are just steps away from a world class break. You will also find quiet tide pools for snorkelling and swimming.

The location is perfect. It’s just far enough from town for absolute peace and serenity, yet close enough to walk to many local restaurants, groceries, or the local cantina. For those of you who know the area, it’s just a short stroll down the beach from the boutique, 5-star Flor Blanca Resort (a nice place for a sunset drink!).

Sleeps six: One bedroom/double bed, guest rooms each have twin beds.

Green Season: Sep 01-Oct 31 ...... $125/night .. $ 750/week, (4 night minimum).
50% deposits are required when making reservations, balance is due 45 days prior
