We are offering a Killington Area Vermont Ski House with High speed Internet! Ski Vermont and See Vermont: This is the perfect Vermont vacation rental for enjoying all four seasons.
The house easily accommodates a party of 7 people maximum in three bedrooms. There is seating for all guests around the woodstove and television with DIRECTV and DVD/VCR. The house floor plan is perfect for dinners after activities with a dining area next to the family room.
It is located on 5 acres on a short quiet private road in the town of Ira, Vermont. Ira, Vermont is a short drive of 13 miles to the Pico@Killington Ski Resort, 35 minutes to Okemo and Middlebury Ski Area and just 40 minutes to top of the access road at the Killington Peak Basin, Woodstock's Suicide Six, Manchester area Bromley and Stratton. We are 10 miles from the Rutland airport.
Located in the Central Vermont Killington area, our house is in a location convenient to all area ski resorts. Ski on the best Snowmaking in the NorthEast available at nearby Killington, Pico, or Okemo - you can ski at more than one resort on vacation. Enjoy the views of Pico Peak and of the surrounding Green Mountains. Or sit and just relax to the sound of the brook which runs through the property and peaceful sounds of the countryside. You can return to our mountain home and warm up by the woodstove and relax to the peaceful mountain setting and the fresh mountain air. And step onto the deck at night and take in the Milkyway and millions of stars. Then use your laptop to check the weather and snow reports.
This central location is perfect for area day trips: to 12 area golf courses,fall foliage tours, outlet shopping in Manchester, Saratoga racing,Lake George or Lake Bomoseen, flyfishing, hiking The Long Trail. When you stay here you can access the best 4 season activities all within reach.
It is fully heated by an oil furnace. Guests will please provide linens and towels, however both can be made available only upon request. This is a non Smoking house and sorry no pets considered.
