The perfect getaway... Newly renovated, beautifully decorated Condo right in the town of Winter Park. This is an end unit Condo on the first floor with a deck overlooking the creek. We provide our guests with all the comforts of home (linens, towels, toiletries, soap and shampoo). Our Condo is equipped with a DVD player, several movies and games, a CD player and cable TV. We have free high speed WiFi in our unit for our guests to use as well. We had our friends and family in mind to make this condo a warm and cozy place to stay.
The Condo can sleep up to Six people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a sink and vanity. The second bedroom contains a full-size bed plus bunk beds to sleep four. In addition there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a full bathroom with shower/tub and toilet and a separate area with sink and vanity.
Nestled in the pine trees, overlooking the river with fantastic views this Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs and shops. The club house has an indoor pool, four hot tubs, game room and additional laundry facilities. The FREE SKI SHUTTLE picks you up right outside the Condo and takes you two miles to the ski slope.

Why the Owner Chose Hi Country Haus
The location of our property is ideal. It is situated within a couple blocks walking distance to all of the fabulous restaurants and bars plus it is only 5 minutes to the ski area. Perfect!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our property is incredibly cozy and we have views of the Frasier River right outside our window. We have hi speed internet so the convience of home is right there in our vacation property, plus a clubhouse with pool and hottubs and a game room. It doesn't get any better
