Our Lake House features sweeping views of Georgetown Lake and surrounding mountains. The "perfect for entertaining" Great Room opens onto a flagstone terrace that wraps the entire lake side of the house, a great setting for gatherings, or simply relaxing.

IF YOUR GROUP IS TOO SMALL FOR SHADOWS RANCH WE CAN HELP!
This house can comfortably sleep ten adults. We specialize in hosting wedding guests for our friends at Shadows Ranch Events Center, one mile north of Georgetown, so we are able to accomodate as many as 14 guests with temporary sleeping arrangments so the whole family can be part of the vacation.

Rates are turnkey, they include housekeeping before and after your
visit, and , state and local taxes. Reservations are confirmed with
a $599.00 USD deposit. Refundable with cause at the owners option.
