Family Room - Ideal for entertaining, this larger gathering area has fantastic gulf views, full kitchen, pull-out queen sofa, entertainment center and wet bar. Walk out on to the large deck and enjoy gulf views while sipping on that morning coffee or that sunset cocktail. This also connects to a powder room and washer and dryer area.
B/R - Gulf East - This bedroom has gulf views to the East with a queen bed and private full bath located on the third level.
B/R - Gulf West(pictured above) Located on the third level, this bedroom has gulf views to the West with a king bed and private full bath.
B/R - Captain’s Bunk Room - This third level bedroom features two regular size bunk beds with a private full bath. Great for a couple of adults or four children.
B/R - Lower Level Bedroom - This ground level bedroom has a king bed with private bath and offers privacy from the action above and has a DVD/VCR combo and stereo system.
Pool/Spa - Small kids love this and so do adults. This 5'x12' pool is on the main deck just off the Family Room. This pool is a perfect solution for smaller children and the bench side seating easily accommodates 12 adults.
Heated in the fall and winter, the spa jets convert this to a huge hot tub to take out the aches from a round of golf, biking or shopping.
