This immaculate Owasco Lake home with central air has a newly remodeled interior and open floor plan. An extremely large kitchen and dining area (24 feet by 16 feet) has new Pergo floors and sliding glass doors that lead out to a deck with breathtaking views of the lake! Another deck is located at the water's edge.
Also located on the main floor is the large living room with gas fireplace, a full bath with tub/shower, two big bedrooms, and laundry. The second level boasts a beautiful master suite with ceramic tile bath and jacuzzi. The home is fully heated, so it is available year round. The fall foliage and views are spectacular!
The location on the lake's east side provides plenty of afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets. A 50 foot beach area is very clean and free of weeds, which makes for great swimming and water activities.
There is a dock which is suitable for your own boat, or rent a small motorboat or pontoon boat from a local marina. A rowboat is included with the property.
Fishing is excellent for walleye, trout, bass pike, and panfish. You are SURE to catch something during your stay! Bait shops are nearby along with the newest Bass Pro Shop just a few miles away in Auburn!
