Wonderful views of the Topsail Sound and the Ocean! Short walk to the beach. Plenty of decks to enjoy all the 'Blue Waters' views! Several upgrades for 2011, new flat screen TV and internet service availa ble. The living area on the top floor has beautiful hardwood floors, fireplace, open kitchen, dining area, bedroom with Queen bed and full bath. The lower floor has a bedroom with a pyramid bed (bunk bed with double and twin), a bedroom with queen bed, and a master suite with king-size bed. Marina, restaurant, and shopping close by, with the beach and sound access only a short distance away! The south end of Topsail Island is beautiful, walk around the point and watch the sunset while you play in tidal pools. During the summer Loggerhead Turtles lay eggs along the shore that hatch during the warm summer nights. Watch Dolphins play in the surf. Fishing is outstanding. Go kayaking in the sound. The beach and dunes are growing on the south end leaving isolated dunes and wide white sandy beaches.
