The peninsularhouse is located on a peninsula of land at the north end of Morton Street at Mile Marker 58.6 on Grassy Key in the City of Marathon.
The house has a secluded location not overlooked by neighbors, with heated pool and spa, small sandy beach, with open sea views and a boat dock, suitable for boats up to 30 foot or more. kayaks on site for your pleasure.
You can explore Grassy Key harbor and the surrounding waters using the kayaks at the house.
Sandy beach for sunning alongside the heated spa & pool, a very private location with wrap around open sea views.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. In the living area is a settee sleeper plus daybed with two twins and futon mattress. Pets are welcome.
