The peninsularhouse is located on a peninsula of land at the north end of Morton Street at Mile Marker 58.6 on Grassy Key in the City of Marathon.
The house has a secluded location not overlooked by neighbors, with heated pool and spa, small sandy beach, with open sea views and a boat dock, suitable for boats up to 30 foot or more. 5 kayaks on site.
You can explore Grassy Key harbor and the surrounding waters using the kayaks at the house.
Sandy beach for sunning alongside the heated spa & pool, a very private location with wrap around open sea views.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. In the living area is a queen-size settee sleeper and daybed with two twins. Pets are welcome.
