What a nice, peaceful place for a family getaway. Owasco Lake is one of the more undiscovered finger lakes, so if it's a little R&R you are looking for, this is the spot. It is very clean and great for swimming and water activities, not to mention the excellent fishing! Use the rowboat on site, fish off the dock, bring your own boat or rent a motorboat from a nearby marina. You are sure to catch perch, bass, pike, trout, and maybe some walleye. The level beachfront, along with a gradual walk into the water, make this property perfect for people of all ages!
The house itself has just undergone a complete renovation in the past two years! It is been freshly painted and new flooring (ceramic tile, Pergo, and carpet) installed throughout. All new appliances and furnishings, a brand new kitchen and two new bathrooms give this home a nice fresh feel. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake from the enclosed porch, which runs the length of the house or the spacious lakeside deck with comfy dining and lounge furniture.
