It is very clean and great for swimming and water activities, not to mention the excellent fishing! Use the rowboat on site, fish off the dock, bring your own boat or rent a motorboat from a nearby marina. You are sure to catch perch, bass, pike, trout, and maybe some walleye. The level beachfront, along with a gradual walk into the water, make this property perfect for people of all ages!
The house itself has undergone a complete renovation! It is been freshly painted and new flooring (ceramic tile, Pergo, and carpet) installed throughout.
