Located one mile from the ocean, this great house boasts two bedrooms, (including the master) and one bath on the first floor. A great room with cathedral ceilings hosts the family room with fireplace and dining area. The full kitchen easily services the dining area, deck, and porch. The second floor contains three bedrooms and one bath and easily sleeps six people. An outdoor shower keeps things simple as you return from your relaxing day at the beach.
Many of the Salt Pond's nineteen ponds can be seen from the house. The family-friendly streets make bike riding, jogging, walking, and rollerblading a pleasant and safe experience for the whole family.

The back deck and yard are within easy access to the ponds located on the second and third tees. The Salt Pond is a three hundred acre salt water pond which borders the Salt Pond Developement. The developement contains "The Salt Pond Beach", a private area to launch your small sail boat or kayak from. The Salt Pond accesses canals behind Bethany and on to the bay. Small boats at low tide can access the town of Bethany itself. Forget the roads, take your K=kayak to the beach.

Wow, what a great place for your family. We really loved staying at this house. So comfy and plenty of room for us to spread out. With four kids, there was so much to do. Biking, put-put golf nearby, pool and playground within walking distance. There is a little drive to the beach, but if you get there early in the day you are good to go. My kids love the Bethany boardwalk. Not a bad drive to Rehoboth either. We dont play golf, but the 9th tee, i believe, is right behind the house, so convenient if you want to use it. I highly recommend this place!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This house worked perfectly for our stay at Bethany. Ideal location on the 1st tee allowed us to be on the course in seconds. Beautifully furnished with a convenient galley kitchen and 5 bedrooms, it worked well for our group. Salt Pond's location just a mile from the ocean made getting to the beach a breeze. We'll be back!
