A great room with cathedral ceilings hosts the family room with fireplace and dining area. The full kitchen easily services the dining area, deck, and porch. The second floor contains three bedrooms and one bath and easily sleeps six people. An outdoor shower keeps things simple as you return from your relaxing day at the beach.
Many of the Salt Pond's nineteen ponds can be seen from the house. The family-friendly streets make bike riding, jogging, walking, and rollerblading a pleasant and safe experience for the whole family.

The back deck and yard are within easy access to the ponds located on the second and third tees. The Salt Pond is a three hundred acre salt water pond which borders the Salt Pond Developement. The developement contains "The Salt Pond Beach", a private area to launch your small sail boat or kayak from. The Salt Pond accesses canals behind Bethany and on to the bay. Small boats at low tide can access the town of Bethany itself. Forget the roads, take your K=kayak to the beach.
