I wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful experience we had at Beaver Creek this past week. It was the best ski trip ever!!! I think the fabulous weather & skiing conditions had something to do with that as well:) More importantly, I wanted to let you know, that the service crew that you have maintaining that unit kept it VERY clean the entire week. It was in tip top shape from the first day we got there. Everything was great. Please tell the owners that they have a beautiful unit and hopefully we can rent it again the same time next year. I mention these things because the unit we rented last year through Beaver Creek at Snowcloud was filthy and poorly maintained.
It was a pleasure working with Accommodations Vail Beaver Creek. I'm so glad I found you on the web. I truly appreciate you putting us up in such a wonderful unit. I have passed along your business card and information to the half dozen friends we have that frequent BC. Also, on your welcome note you mentioned to call you if we ever needed anything. The place and amenities were so wonderful that we had it all! We will definitely be using your company EVERY time we visit. The only downside was the kids were getting excited about a snowstorm in Chicago, and hoped we would be 'stranded' a few more days!!!! No such luck.
