The Gulf-Front Condo is in the Villas of Sunset Beach - an elegant, Mediterranean-style Condominium. This gated community with onsite security (seasonal) was built in 2001. The Pool, just steps from your patio, is large and heated seasonally for use year-round and the grounds are well-maintained and clean.
The Property is located only one-quarter mile west of Rosemary Beach and about six miles East of Seaside. The great restaurants and ambiance of Seaside and Seagrove Beach are within ten minutes on Highway 30-A. Other desirable destinations such as Watersound, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach with their culture, dining, and shopping are also only minutes away. In the other direction, Rosemary Beach is a leisurely five minute stroll and has bike rentals as well as shopping and restaurants. The area is upscale and provides quick access to the "busier" areas of Destin (30 minute drive), Sandestin (15 minutes) and Panama City (20 minutes) while providing a quiet, comfortable and relaxing retreat. Fabulous Golf is also within a few minutes' drive.
Inside, it is an awesome home away from home. The family room is very comfortable and has a view of the water and of the western sky for great sunset viewing. Cable TV, VCR, DVD, and gas fireplace will make it seem like home. Similarly, the dining area, which seats six comfortably, provides great views while dining should you decide to "eat-in." There are full service grocery stores and fresh seafood markets nearby that complement the Unit's full kitchen that contains utensils and all necessary appliances to make your meals - if you wish.

The Master suite has french double doors that close for privacy but can be opened to hear the surf at night and see the Gulf when you awaken in the morning. The windows face west for sunsets and a view of the water. The Master also contains a king-size bed, Cable TV and its own bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 contains a Queen-size bed, its own bathroom, and Cable TV. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and Cable TV and DVD. A great room for kids or adults.
