This home sits atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and offers the best of both worlds - a first floor home with an awesome view of the Gulf! This elevation allows you to enjoy an excellent view of the ocean from the den, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath. No need to use the elevator or stairs. Just steps from your front door is the beach access and large Gulf front heated pool for the exclusive use of owners and guests. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. It has a small backyard for privacy and room for kids to play outside.
The condominium is located in the Villas of Sunset Beach - an elegant, Mediterranean-style community. The property is located only one-quarter mile west of Rosemary Beach and about six miles East of Seaside. The great restaurants and ambiance of Seaside and Seagrove Beach are within ten minutes on Highway 30-A. In the other direction, Rosemary Beach is a leisurely five minute stroll offering shopping and restaurants. The area is upscale and provides quick access to the "busier" areas of Destin (30 minute drive), Sandestin (15 minutes) and Panama City (15 minutes) while providing a quiet, comfortable and relaxing retreat.
The condominium is quite the home away from home. The family room is very comfortable and has a view of the water and of the western sky for great sunset viewing. Cable TV, DVD, and gas fireplace will make it seem like home. Similarly, the dining area, which seats six comfortably, provides great views while dining, should you decide to "eat-in." There are full service grocery stores and fresh seafood markets nearby that complement the full kitchen that contains utensils and all necessary appliances to make your own meals, if you wish.
The master suite has French double doors that close for privacy, but can be opened to hear the surf at night and see the Gulf when you awaken in the morning. The windows face west for sunsets and a view of the water. The master also contains a king-size bed, Cable TV and its own bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 contains a queen-size bed, its own bathroom, and Cable TV. The third bedroom contains two double beds and Cable TV and DVD. A great room for kids or adults.
Gated access and on site security with designated parking also helps to make this a no-hassle destination. Come and relax in this enjoyable vacation spot and you will not want to leave!!

We feel like we have the best of both worlds at the Villas of Sunset Beach. We have quiteness and privacy with excellent ocean views but we are close enough to panama city and destin to have a great variety of restaurants and shopping

After several years of staying in various condos on the Gulf Coast, we have finally found the perfect "home away from home". The convenience of being able to walk out the back door, straight to the pool or to the beach is such a plus. Also, the beautiful decor and spacious floor plan helps makes for the perfect vacation get away... not to mention the private gated community that allows our young son to safely ride his bike with little or no supervision. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

This condo is elegant, confortable, roomy, and convenient. We enjoyed the large beautiful patio that looks right out on the ocean front. We had immediate access to the ocean, a large heated pool right beside us, and all this is in a secure gated complex. The grounds are lovely with sidewalks for biking, roller skating or just walking about and enjoying the scenery. I appreciated this condo being family friendly and providing every aminity we could possibly need. It is so nice that restuaurants, and shopping areas are within walking distance. My family, my grandchildren, and I will be back because we love this condo and this area for vacationing. It's wonderful! We plan to reccommend this condo to all our friends and relatives.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay April at this condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. One of the best parts was relaxing on the patio with my coffee and enjoying the wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely reccommend this condo to anyone to stay in and will be back,

This is a fantastic place! Words cannot describe our enjoyment during our stay. The view is beautiful and perfect furnishings. First time in a rental the entire family could sit around the table for dinner together. The Master suite & bathroom are awesome. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay and enjoy your beautiful home. Our children played in the sand for hours and loved the pool (allowing Mommy & Daddy time to relax in the sun). We were simply shocked to walk into this beautiful condo … Amazing! We definitely wished we could have stayed for longer and will next time. It was very relaxing to hear the waves as we went to sleep each night, wake up and sit on the porch and drink our morning coffee while watching sunrise over the sea. It is the largest condo we have stayed in allowing our Daughter, Son-in-law and two Grandchildren to stay with us but all have plenty of room and privacy. This is a first class rental and I will highly recommend it to my friends. The Condo came equipped with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back. .
